We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

Beautiful, country home in the best Italian style. Large, comfortable, with a beautiful garden and views of the olive grove. Stefano and his father Paolo are very kind and helpful hosts. A place for people who value peace and quiet. The sea, mountain trails, and beautiful Urbino are within a half-hour drive.

We stayed with my parents and our nine-year-old daughter at Stefania's place and had a great vacation! The house was perfect for us. It is equipped with everything and furnished with a lot of love for detail, we immediately felt comfortable. Most of all, because Stefania is such a warm and helpful host. She welcomed us with a large bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine, and she also provided water and some for the kitchen and both bathrooms ( e.g. soap, shower room, etc.). We could reach her at any time and get great tips from her. Her loving and extraordinary manner is also reflected in the house and garden. We were already able to have some meals on the terrace and look at the sea from afar, even extra early for sunrise. The view is beautiful. Within walking distance there are great viewpoints and restaurants, from which you can enjoy the sunset. The location is fantastic!

The host Andrea was very helpful and always responded quickly. The house looks like on the pictures and it is a very quiet environment. The garden is super well maintained and large. Andrea was helpful with any issue.

Daniela and her family have been amazing hosts, very helpful and super responsive. The country house is beautiful and was a perfect exploration base for us. We would happily return if travelling in this area!

Very nice and big place. Lot's of things to do from pool to foosball table. Nice rooms and bathrooms, very clean, too. The only things that weren't perfect were Wi-Fi coverage and speeds, and some doors were really squeaky. Would definitely visit again!

Nice and large accommodation perfect for a relaxing trip in Italy with amazing views, good nearby restaurants and very fun activities in the house. The host is ready for things to happen in their own way and may be perceived as slightly controlling. Recommend!

Villa Elisa is the best place I have stayed so far. Its construction style is old and special, the care of the Villa is down to the details, whether it is the exterior or interior, everything works is impressive even though some parts of the house are original from that time such as the doors, the windows, the floor tiles,The view is magnificent, magical whether with the radiant sun, under a torrential rain, under the clouds, under the mist or under the stars with the moon as a companion.Absolutely everything in detail and scrupulously organized, all thanks to its hosts Luciano and Christina. Now I will make an important section, if the Villa is majestic, they are also splendid and kind; I had the pleasure and pride of meeting them personally, people like few I have ever met and who are now scarce. Natural, simple and kind, always at hand unconditionally for whatever was needed.I recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy a great place and excellent company and 100 percent.

Very nice house, well equipped, big pool, and a friendly host. We enjoyed our time here so much. You can feel the love of the host for the house, it is well furnished and also very nice: alll the rooms have nets against insects. Highly recommended.

We loved staying at Duccio’s beautifully restored farm in the middle of the Marche hills. The house provides stunning views on the hilly landscape in the quiet nature. The location is perfect to discover Urbino and Gubbio, and spend lovely days at the beach by the coast of beautiful Conero. Duccio and Marua are warm, friendly and very helpful hosts, we had a wonderful week in Marche !

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa for four nights, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is perfect, offering a secluded retreat while still being conveniently close to the area's main attractions. The villa is nestled in a picturesque olive tree field, providing stunning views that are truly breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly with a lovely welcome basket that set the tone for our stay. The host was extremely nice and responsive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. They even sent us recommendations of things to do in the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable and memorable. The villa was impeccably clean and very family-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals comfortably, and the addition of a sauna and hot tub added a luxurious touch to our vacation. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations in every way!

We had a great time at this villa. The house is huge, well-maintained, and very welcoming. Accurately and attentively chosen furnishings to offer different experiences and special services (living room that becomes a cinema room!). Our stay at Marco’s villa was absolutely wonderful! The place was spotlessly clean, and everything was well-prepared upon our arrival. Marco was always available, responsive, and very helpful—he made sure all our needs were met promptly and kindly. There were plenty of towels for the entire duration of our stay, the view was stunning, and the space was very generous—perfect for families. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean, and the water was regularly filtered, making it both safe and enjoyable to use. We also loved the outdoor seating area, the sunshine throughout the day, and the fully equipped kitchen that made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this villa and would definitely love to come back in the future!

We were two friendly couples with two dogs and had a wonderful time! The house and the location are perfect for resting and relaxing. The two separate bedrooms incl. There was also enough space for four in the bathroom. We felt very comfortable! Especially the fenced outdoor area and the private pool made the stay perfect for us! The view of the surrounding mountains and the quiet location also invite you to relax. The next largest city Città di Castello (about 25 minutes by car) is also worth a visit. There are also some restaurants and shops. The hosts were very attentive and available at all times and also surprised us once with a delicious cake. We had a great and all-round successful holiday - thank you Tiziano!

Absolutely recommended!!! We have booked the space to relax for a few days for our big wedding. The accommodation was exactly as described and is very comfortable, quiet, and with many amenities. The host is incredibly helpful and friendly, he sent us all kinds of tips for activities nearby, responded very quickly to all our questions and finally came to bring us a nice bottle of wine when he heard that we were getting married later that week. Really very sweet. We would love to come back again!

The pool was a real highlight – crystal clear and with a breathtaking view of the surroundings. The location is quiet and beautiful, but still close to everything you need. We had a wonderful warm stay the the beautiful la Poderina Vila, the villa surrounded by beautiful nature and amazing river just at the backyard and the place itself is super beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need for a long stay ❤️ Fransesco our host was always so kind and warm and willing to help and recommend on nice places to visit and it really felt like he want us to enjoy our stay ! We'd highly recommend this! The house is located nearby lovely authentic Italian villages but you still have all the privacy you need. With your car, you can reach shops and lots of restaurants within 10mins. At the house itself you have everything you need: all the equipment you need and an amazing view and pool. Roberta is the best, she helped us with planning our activities and is also very responsive. We would definitely come back here :)

Mirella saved our trip to Umbria when we were misled by another home rental company about the accommodations and had to find another place last minute. We were SO happy and lucky to find this hidden gem. They were super kind and helpful, the house is exactly as described, and the charm/personality of the family is present throughout. Highly recommend for groups and families!
