Holiday rentals with beach access in Villa Carlos Paz

Carmen welcomed us very well in her apartment, which is very close to all the important points of downtown. It is a comfortable and very well cared for space! My family was delighted and we will surely return!

In the kitchen we find everything you need to prepare simple meals. The location is excellent, steps from the river. If you are looking for tranquility, the place is perfect! someday we'll be back!

The apartment's location was perfect for what we were going to do at Villa Carlos Paz. It's less than half a block from the river. Great location for a walk and refreshing on the river.

Excellent and beautiful house on the riverbank, super comfortable and with everything you need to stay. The river is in front of the house, which makes it unique. There was only one problem at check-in, where the GPS took me on an alternative road that was in very bad condition and I had problems getting there by car. There is another super accessible road, but they didn't tell me about it in advance. If it wasn't for this, a perfect 11-point stay. Anyway, they helped me get to the house and apologized for the situation. I would definitely go back!

If you are looking for a quiet place, easy to access from the city (please note that it is a mountain road), with amenities like you can feel at home, and also safe, especially if you ban with pets (or children), a good landscape, with stream and mountains, then this is the place. Plus EXCELLENT host service!!!, and they give you recommendations to find all the necessary places during your stay.

We had a beautiful stay at the Alma Bohemia complex. The place is amazing. From the moment you get up until you go to sleep the sound of the stream is present. The views from the cabin are beautiful. It is very well located, close to the river and shops, although it is a place to enjoy the peace of nature. Travel with my partner. The cabin that touched us was just as it looked in the photo. Quite spacious and super-equipped. Good wifi, hot water, grillboard. As the only aspect to improve, the mattress on the double bed could be renovated which was quite uncomfortable. Outside, beyond the surroundings, it has a beautiful pool with deck, but the best without a doubt, is the private descent with which it has less than 30 meters from the cabin. I definitely recommend it and hope to come back as soon as possible. Thank you Marcela!

Veronica was an excellent guest. She was always attentive to what we needed and helped us in everything. The house was spotless and you could enjoy yourself a lot!

We loved the house and the property with the pool is beautiful. The only thing that would have to be improved is the fact that the house has sheets and towels since it makes it difficult to carry so much weight by plane/car. Another recommendation is that the parquero would be good to go on a time or day before guests' arrival as there is no peace of mind. Very nice Cordoba, we would come back a thousand times.
