We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

The holidays were perfect. It is a very nice and large house, in a very good location. There is a small bakery 5 minutes by car. There is a beach 15 minutes drive away. The host is very friendly and the service is great. The pool is big enough and the view is beautiful. There are no direct neighbors, you are on your own. There is a large terrace, in the afternoon the terrace is in the shade.

This place is amazing, the views are just breathtaking. Place is nice and private, no direct neighbours, unless you count the hundreds fireflies :) we had very nice time with family, 10 adults and 5 kids were easily accommodated. Gian was very helpful, recommended nice places to visit and responded to all messages straightaway. We asked if swimming pool can be set up earlier which Gian kindly did. The only regret I have is that we visit the local winery at the end of our stay;) Thank you once again Gian for letting us stay at your place!

Vacanza perfetta, l'alloggio era pulitissimo e fornito praticamente di tutto, biancheria impeccabile ed ogni comfort. Ma la parte spettacolare per noi è stato l' esterno con prato curatissimo, piscina ad uso esclusivo con lettini, un patio rilassante e barbecue attrezzato per ogni tipo di brace. Claudia è stata un host sempre presente e reattiva ad ogni nostra richiesta. La casa poi è in posizione strategica per raggiungere molti borghi interessanti da visitare. Insomma per noi è stata veramente una esperienza molto positiva e contiamo di ripeterla ancora. Grazie Claudia ed ancora complimenti

Wir waren mit meinen Eltern und unserer neunjährigen Tochter bei Stefania und hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Das Haus war perfekt für uns. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Vor allem aber, weil Stefania eine so herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin ist. Sie empfing uns mit einer großen Schale frischem Obst und einer Flasche Wein, außerdem stellte sie Wasser und einiges für die Küche und beide Bäder ( z.B. Seife, Duschbad etc. ) bereit. Wir konnten sie jederzeit erreichen und super Tipps von ihr bekommen. Ihre liebevolle und aussergewöhnliche Art spiegeln sich auch im Haus und Garten wieder. Wir konnten schon einige Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse einnehmen und dabei von weitem auf das Meer blicken, einmal auch extra früh zum Sonnenaufgang. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. In wenigen Gehminuten gibt es tolle Aussichtspunkte und Restaurants, von denen man wiederum den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Die Lage ist traumhaft!

Formidable environnement, calme ... ma maison est très confortable et agencée avec beaucoup de goût ! Le père de Daniela est très réactif quand Daniela travaille et le bassin d'eau est extrêmement appréciable durant les chaleurs d'été. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les moustiquaires très performantes qui protègent les fenêtres des chambres. À recommander absolument !

Mirella was an incredible host and her house was just amazing. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed. The large patio area was a perfect place for breakfast and also for sitting just to take in the beautiful scenery. The location is private but not remote. We even walked to dinner at the excellent nearby restaurant (on Mirella's recommendation). The house and the surroundings make you feel like you are in a postcard - a perfect place for vacation.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement niché loin du bruit et des foules, dans un endroit paradisiaque. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Loredana et sa famille, toujours attentifs à nos besoins. Rien ne manquait à notre confort. La piscine, surplombant un paysage magnifique, est un havre de paix entouré de lavandes et d’herbes parfumées . Nous y retournerons certainement bientôt !

Min familie og jeg har netop afsluttet en fantastisk ferie i Il Posto. En ferie, der levede op til alle forventninger! Huset indeholdte alt, hvad vi behøvede og var fyldt med sjæl og stemning. Vi har især været begejstrede for udearealerne, hvor det er lykkes at skabe mange stemningsfyldte oaser med møbler, planter og lys - og alle med kig udover den maleriske udsigt. Rachel er en nærværende og hjælpsom vært, der til hver en tid har været klar med hurtige løsninger på vores forespørgsler og anbefalinger til området. Vi bookede Rachel til en vinsmagning, hvor hun med overbevisning præsenterede spændende vin og småretter fra lokalområdet. Det var en oplevelse vi ikke ville have været foruden og bestemt kan anbefale til fremtidige gæster hos Il Posto. Vi håber, at vi er så heldige at besøge Il Posto i fremtiden, så vi igen kan nyde smukke Il Posto og Rachels værtsskab. Det er en oplevelse, der er alle forundt.

We had wonderful days in Andrea’s house in Mondaino. Spacious bed- and bathrooms, wonderful terrace for dinners and good pool-area. Minor electricity-issues which Andrea made sure to solve very quickly. Our party of nine people (ages 12-55) all agreed that we would recommend the house to other travelers. We also recommend visiting other nearby villages where there are amazing views and local restaurants. One example is Montegridolfo.

Trevligt och stort boende perfekt för en avkopplande resa i Italien med fantastiska vyer, goda närliggande restauranger och mycket roliga aktiviteter i huset. Värden är mån att saker ska ske på sitt sätt och kan komma att uppfattas som aningen kontrollerande. Rekommenderar!

Wir hatten für 14 Tage die Casa Pilar bei Staffollo im September/ Oktober mit vier Personen gemietet. Es war ein rundum sehr schöner gelungener Aufenthalt. Lisa und Christiano haben uns sehr, sehr freundlich empfangen und uns das Haus gezeigt. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, alle Küchengeräte usw. vorhanden. Das ganze Haus hat eine tolle Aussicht über die Hügellandschaft der Marken , liegt ruhig, aber nicht abseits. Wir waren viel mit den Rennrädern unterwegs, eine perfekte Gegend für Radtouren. Zum Meer ist es eine halbe Stunde Fahrt. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt und nach einer Woche das gesamte Haus geputzt , neue Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw. gewechselt. Der Billardtisch ist ein schöner Zeitvertreib für die Abende an denen es um diese Jahreszeit schon rel. früh dunkel wird. Zusammengefasst, ein sehr schöner Ort um entspannt seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.

La casa è meravigliosa! Situata un posizione splendida, con molta luce e molto sole. Il giardino è molto curato e la piscina assolutamente perfetta (con trampolino con cui i miei ragazzi si sono divertiti tantissimo!). gli interni sono davvero molto ben arredati e curati in ogni dettaglio. Non abbiamo dovuto portare nulla, se non i nostri vestiti (c'era praticamente tutto: asciugamani, lenzuola, teli mare, etc etc). le camere sono davvero grandi e confortevoli. il supermercato è vicino così come altri negozi che possono essere necessari. gli host sono stati sempre molto gentili e premurosi (Hans sempre molto presente). uniche note da migliorare: la TV non funzionava (è venuto subito il tecnico 👍🏻 ma non è stato possibile ripararla), lo scarico del WC non funzionava bene, c'erano parecchi nidi di calabroni sotto il tetto e non si potevano tenere le finestre aperte. in generale il soggiorno è stato bellissimo e consiglierei subito questa casa meravigliosa!!

Bellissima villa rustica, immersa nel verde; la casa è ben disposta ed arredata con gusto, ed offre tutto il necessario per una permanenza confortevole. Ampia area living e cucina fornita di tutto il necessario compreso un ampio frigo, una cantina vini e una macchina per fare il ghiaccio. Un biliardino dà la possibilità di trascorrere serate in compagnia di amici e familiari. La piscina, di dimensioni generose, si affaccia sullo splendido panorama delle colline circostanti. Simon è stato molto premuroso e disponibile. Ottima esperienza.

We loved staying at Duccio’s beautifully restored farm in the middle of the Marche hills. The house provides stunning views on the hilly landscape in the quiet nature. The location is perfect to discover Urbino and Gubbio, and spend lovely days at the beach by the coast of beautiful Conero. Duccio and Marua are warm, friendly and very helpful hosts, we had a wonderful week in Marche !

We had an incredible stay at the villa. The yard was very spacious with a huge pool and beautiful surroundings which we could enjoy every day. The villa was plenty of room for 4 adults, two small children, and a dog. The kitchen and property was well stocked and Internet worked great (some were teleworking). The AC was wonderful to have during the summer heat. The host was very responsive and helpful, providing some great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. With a car you can easily take day trips to old towns like Assisi, Pergugia, Gubbio. We also enjoyed the frassasi caves. Our only regret was missing the summer festival in Morra by 1 day! A wonderful stay overall that we would recommend!

Wir waren zwei befreundete Pärchen mit zwei Hunden und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Das Haus und die Lage sind perfekt um zur Ruhe zu kommen und zu entspannen. Durch die zwei separaten Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad hatte man zu Viert auch ausreichend Platz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Besonders der eingezäunte Außenbereich und der private Pool haben den Aufenthalt für uns perfekt gemacht! Auch die Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge und die ruhige Lage laden zum entspannen ein. Die nächst größere Stadt Città di Castello (ca. 25min mit dem Auto) ist ebenfalls einen Besuch wert. Dort gibt es auch einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht und jeder Zeit erreichbar und haben uns auch einmal mit einem leckeren Kuchen überrascht. Wir hatten einen tollen und rundum gelungenen Urlaub - vielen Dank Tiziano!

Een absolute aanrader!!! Wij hebben de ruimte geboekt om een paar dagen tot rust te komen voor onze grote bruiloft. De accommodatie was precies zoals beschreven en is heel comfortabel, rustig, en met vele voorzieningen. De host is ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk, hij stuurde ons allerlei tips voor activiteiten in de buurt, reageerde heel snel op al onze vragen en kwam ons tot slot nog een mooie fles wijn brengen toen hij hoorde dat wij later die week gingen trouwen. Echt heel lief. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug!

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen! Der freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – glasklar und mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Umgebung. Die Lage ist ruhig und wunderschön, aber dennoch nah an allem, was man braucht. Ein perfekter Ort für einen ruhigen Urlaub und um die italienische Natur zu genießen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Oppholdet i huset til Maria og Angelo var rett og slett fantastisk. De tok oss svært godt imot, selv om vi var mange timer forsinket på grunn av forsinket fly, rot med leiebil og stengt Autostrada. Hele eiendommen, både innvendig og utvendig, holder en meget høy standard. Alt framsto som ekstremt rent og velholdt. Vi satte stor pris på å ha tre store soverom, to gode bad, stue med behagelige møbler, godt utstyrt kjøkken og to balkonger som kunne brukes til frokost eller et glass vin om kvelden. Vi hadde også stor glede av det velholdte bassengområdet og den frodige og vakre hagen. Oppsummert - hvis du ønsker deg et ferieopphold med utmerket komfort og med de aller beste verter - i et område med nesten bare italienske turister - da anbefales dette huset på det sterkeste.

We had a wonderful warm stay the the beautiful la Poderina Vila, the villa surrounded by beautiful nature and amazing river just at the backyard and the place itself is super beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need for a long stay ❤️ Fransesco our host was always so kind and warm and willing to help and recommend on nice places to visit and it really felt like he want us to enjoy our stay ! Thank you so much dear Fransesco for a wonderful and amazing vacation!’ We absolutely loved every minute of it ❤️

Gwenda e i suoi genitori sono stati molto gentili e ospitali, è stato come essere in famiglia. Ci hanno dato la piena disponibilità del loro orto, la signora Manuela ci ha preparato diversi piatti molto buoni e ci ha pure offerto un'ottima torta fatta in casa. Ottima posizione, si trova ad un'ora da Assisi e Gubbio, è immerso nel verde ed è adatto alle famiglie con bimbi, mio figlio ha adorato gli animali dei proprietari. La piscina è stupenda, peccato non essere riusciti a sfruttarla per il tempo non bellissimo. Grazie di tutto!! :) Grazie Gwenda per averci mandato la posizione esatta!!!

Toller Familienurlaub. Das Haus ist liebevoll und dekorativ eingerichtet und hat alles was benötigt wird. Die Gastgeberin und auch ihr Willkommensgeschenk haben uns angenehm überrascht. Wir haben uns alle (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) sehr wohlgefühlt.
