Holiday rentals with a patio in Villa Cerro Catedral

We were 5, two adults one child 11 months old and two elderly. After renting, we felt that for a more comfortable stay we wanted a second apartment on this property. The host resolved all our questions with check-in and calculated us fairly, I highly recommend communicating if you have any questions and wishes. Many birds fly in. Among the disadvantages is the gravel road along the lake, with which in dry weather can fly dust both on the territory and cover the lake itself. I think over time this place will only get better and better!

Everything is excellent. The apartment is very modern, very nice and very equipped. The view is spectacular. Gustavos, Milagros y Moira, super communicative and well predisposed. We'll definitely be back!

They were wonderful days, we went with a 1 and a half year old baby, our daughter felt at home. Karen was attentive from the beginning of our reservation and Alejandra was always available and ready to assist us. The apartment is a treat and the cleanliness is beyond words, our thanks to you for the excellent stay!

After seeing dozens of Airbnbs in the area (I'm very meticulous when selecting) I decided on this one because of the beautiful photos. Once inside, it exceeds expectations instantly. The apartment is breathtaking and the views are amazing. Very clean, tastefully decorated and tidy. The layout in the house is impeccable, with the giant, endless window overlooking the lake. A constant feeling of being in a little paradise. Communication with the hosts was instant and super friendly and helpful. My parents and I had a fantastic time, would recommend it to anyone and would always come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Bariloche. The apartment was spacious and warm with a wonderful view. The building itself is immaculately maintained, and located right near two good restaurants and a supermarket. We had a rental car so having parking here was great as parking in the town itself was very difficult.

Beautiful! Both the home and the landscape. The views of Lake Gutierrez and the beautiful Cerro Catedral all day long. Very easily accessible, you can reach many places avoiding downtown. Equipped with everything you need, also for cooking and it is very good to have another grillboard inside for when it is cold. Very good attention from Pablo and Giorgina. We already want to come back!!!

Great house in the woods. Good internet 250mbps upload/download. Apples, plums, and grits grow on the property. There are heaters in all rooms, you can set a comfortable temperature. Birds sing outside. Thank you for your hospitality, we'll come back here again!

Place and view are cozy

The house is sensational. We host in 7 people. very comfortable with a great view of Lake Gutierrez. 15 min from the center of Bariloche. host support and impeccable facilities.

The house is unbeatable. Better than what you can see in the photos. Location close to the civic center and the main walks and ski centers. The place is safe and has many amenities. It is very warm and all the rooms are always warm from floor to ceiling. The beds are super comfortable and the blankets and pillows are good quality. Everything is extremely new, clean and in perfect condition. The bathrooms are huge, with a good shower and shampoo, conditioner and liquid body soap. The machine washes and dries clothes, which is very good. The kitchen is FULLY equipped to do everything, with a gas stove and oven, coffee maker, bread toaster, and many other things. The grill and the outside patio are very nice with wood and charcoal available. It is by far the best cabin in Bariloche. An important point for Nora's attention and kindness, which is readily available to clarify everything and help with whatever is needed. Highly recommended, don't hesitate to choose it

The place has an amazing view. It's no doubt to recommend, it was all spotless, the access instructions were clear. I would stay in the place again, it was clean, with full utensils, towels and with comfortable facilities. The only thing to keep in mind I recommend going by car since the accommodation is in height, which gives it a beautiful view.

The house is very nice and comfortable. I traveled with my family (my husband and my three children), including two babies, 1 and 2 years old. I was worried about the stairs, but I had protection at the top, which was a great relief. The bathroom is spacious, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and the kitchen had absolutely everything: utensils, coffee, sugar, mate, oil and salt, something that is really appreciated. Silvia's service was exceptional: always attentive, attentive and providing useful recommendations at all times. The location is great if you are driving. It is in the middle of the small circuit, near the dinosaur park, the Campanario hill, the Patagonia brewery, the Swiss colony and several viewpoints. The center is about 20-25 minutes away by car. In short: a wonderful place. I recommend it 100%.

We are frequent users of Airbnb and we can certainly say that this has been the best place we have stayed. Attention to detail so that everything a traveler needs to be comfortable and pleasant during their stay is taken into account. On the other hand, our hostess is very dedicated and responded quickly. It's a house we'll definitely return to. Highly recommended

Flo is a kind and very helpful host. We didn't speak much Spanish, but was able to have a great conversation in English and learned lots about the place and the hosts connection to the area. We had a very peaceful and nice stay there. Bonus that it was very close to the airport, the neighborhood felt very safe, and a wonderful view. Close to a bike path.

We loved our stay at Sonia's place. It was perfectly located with a beautiful view of the lake. It was superbly equipped with more space than expected. Would love to come back and stay again.

Very nice place to stay! Super quiet, clean and safe. Afiltron is very friendly. Checkin and checkout alone, you are not dependent on anyone. I give you 10/10, we come again for sure.

What a great apartment. We really enjoyed our stay - beautiful view and great place to unwind outside Bariloche. We had a car to get to nearby restaurants, the grocery store and to take in the sites. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time staying at Ashley's condo. The view of the lake and mountains is spectacular, and at the same time it is walkable to the supermarket, restaurants, and cafes. The apartment is well equipped and the furniture is good quality, and Ashley was helpful, friendly, and accommodating
