The accommodation experience was very good overall. I was received by Julio's parents. The older lady was very enthusiastic and often helped me, especially during the power outage, she brought an electric fan to my room. Julio's father was also very enthusiastic, and his English was quite good, and he carefully introduced everything to me. The room is very clean and tidy, and it is very close to the city center, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. I have to thank everyone who hosted me. I took the night bus and arrived at the bus station at 4 am. They arranged a vehicle to pick me up and warmly helped me check in.

Rafael offers a nice location with clean living conditions. The electricity in this area is very plentiful and reliable given Cuba's current power conditions. A great stay and I will be returning there, no doubt.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Stay in Santa Clara! Our stay at Niury and Alfredo’s place in Santa Clara was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home thanks to Niury’s warm hospitality. She prepared the best breakfast we had in all of Cuba—fresh, delicious, and made with so much care. The room was extremely comfortable, the bed perfect for a restful night, and the hot shower was amazing—exactly what we needed after a long day of traveling. One of the highlights of our stay was getting to chat with Niury and Alfredo. Alfredo, a talented cartoonist, shared fascinating stories about his work, and we loved seeing his cartoons decorating the walls of the room. It made the stay feel even more unique and special! We were truly sad to stay for only one night—we wish we had stayed longer! If you’re visiting Santa Clara, this is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended! 🏡✨

Excellent hostel, very good location and the place is beautiful. It is close to the center and the bus terminal from where the Viazul departs. The room is large with air conditioning, fan and refrigerator. The hosts are very attentive. I recommend it. Chabely got me the tour to Trinidad for the day and Nicho. They offer a delicious breakfast for 5 dollars. Easy to get to and find because it is numbered.

Our stay at Odalys and Carlos' house, although brief, was very pleasant. The room met the advertised characteristics, the location is excellent since it is in the center, one minute from José Martí Park, and both have been very kind giving recommendations and tips to visit the city. We would definitely repeat!

Unfortunately, we were unable to go to Santa Clara, and so we were unable to meet omelio and stay at his accommodation. We had a problem during the previous trip but Omelio remained available throughout and tried to help us with buses and taxis. I have no doubt about the quality of the accommodation given the quality of the exchanges.

Eddy and Liset are friendly, welcoming hosts who care about the well-being of their tenants. Eddy gave us very good advice and a tourist map to guide us. On the day of our departure, we were made coffee and Eddy took us to the Viazul terminal with his mototaxi for a very interesting price... All in all, everything is perfect! Tomas Antonio's place is right at the heart of Sancti Spiritus: couldn't be closer to the places of interests (it's not a big town either). The room is actually a small apartment/studio, clean, with lots of space, all the comfort for rest, and a nice rooftop shared with Tomas Antonio's family to complete it all. Tomas Antonio and his wife were also very welcoming. The perfect base for travelers to visit cute Sancti Spiritus!

Anabel and Lili were very good hosts and very flexible with the check in and out.

Maira and Adalberto were incredible hosts. We were very comfortable with them. They offered us advice about restaurants and other issues in their city, they welcomed us as their family, the breakfasts were delicious. I would return delighted and we recommend it without a doubt.

We had a great stay at Thomas' place .c is a very warm ,generous, caring person,who was able to welcome us as a friend. Too bad we couldn't stay longer. We will come back again and again if we come back to Cienfuegos. thank you bq Thomas. We won't forget you.

Cozy house, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. They have a generator so you don't notice the light outages. What about Pedro and the whole Maricela family? That we take them all in our hearts, who have shown us their humility and generosity, that they have made us feel at home.

The Santana Inn is really excellent!! It has 2 spacious bedrooms, both with air conditioning, TV, a laundry and clothes hanging area, a great kitchen, a family refrigerator, a microwave oven and everything you need to prepare meals. There were blackouts nearby, but luckily the power didn't go out at Santana Inn! What I want to highlight the most is the kindness and quality of people like Pepe and his partner. They were always attentive and smiling, they were very thoughtful with us, which we really took to heart. We were in Cienfuegos and couldn't find any accommodation, several rooms had rejected our reservation and when we asked Pepe, they couldn't receive us because they were making some improvements to the hostel, but they were considerate of our helpless situation and quickly solved everything to be able to receive us in their house. I recommend them 100% thank you very much!! good luck with your venture!

The house was so nice and very cool looking - even better than the pictures. It was super clean and an excellent location on the main road with walking distance to the town, restaurants and literally across from the sea. Highly recommended for a short or long term stay in Cienfuegos. The perfect sea side place!

When I arrived, I was greeted by Ms. Omara who is a perfect hostess. She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed in her wonderful place. She was immediately very helpful, showed me the house and was very attentive to help with my concerns. She offered a delicious breakfast which was superb! Omara’s place is a great place to rest while enjoying this beautiful and relaxed part of the island. It’s in a great location. This apartment has a room with 2 beds which is great for friends travelling together. And has an additional room next door if you need an extra bed. The place is very clean & comfortable. I would definitely return and I highly recommend this place. Thank you Ms. Omara!! See you soon.

Letícia and his family welcomed us very well! Always with helpful recommendations regarding Cienfuegos. The breakfast served is excellent, opt for it! All very fresh and excellent quality. It's worth it! Letícia helped us go for tours, ask and she'll be willing to help every time. We look forward to returning soon! We will always recommend it.

Very nice place to stay. Always power (due to being close to military hospital?), so even airco in the night when rest of the city has power cuts. Small pool to cool down in. Sells water at cost price. Was able to provide us a small meal on request on evening of arrival. Someone's selling great fried fish sandwiches just outside the place to the left in the mornings. Walking distance from Che Mausoleum. Center a 700 pesos/2eur taxi ride away. Host very funny and nice. Relaxed city to hang around in.

The stay at Hostal el Meres was very pleasant. We spent two nights. Josué and Adriana welcomed us very kindly, !They were very detailed and attentive! The food in the house was great! to others we are a couple and we have food joys, they adapted perfectly to our needs. Very good location, close to downtown Topes but far enough away for peace of mind. !We would definitely stay here again!
