Comfortable, beautiful touches, authentic, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kate’s place. Everything we needed was there and more. A much appreciated bottle in the fridge, fuel for the Barbie, you name it. We had a great time.

pleasant stay, excellent welcome. Giulia, the hostess, is present and helpful. She recommended places to visit and places to eat (which we followed and were very satisfied with). Giulia was very present in the communication exchanges by message and clear in specifying issues that initially seemed unclear (such as separate waste collection).

Really gorgeous apartment that is well appointed and comfortable. Bathrooms have huge showers which can be hard to find in Europe, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the views from the balcony are gorgeous. Also very convenient to be able to do laundry on a long trip with the washer and dryer. Highly recommend for families or groups of friends who might want a nice place to gather and spend some nights in cooking and socializing. Town is charming and has good restaurants and coffee bars. The surrounding countryside is beautiful!

Communication, kindness and professionalism from this Host. As for the house: The kitchen was not only equipped with all the utensils (pots, plates, glasses, cups and cups) but we also found what we needed to cook without having to go out. Pasta, oil, salt, sugar, coffee, herbs, sauce... Everything was there! And that's not a foregone conclusion! The terrace with the splendid view of the mountain and the Nera is delightful. There are also many books for those who stay longer and like to spend some time relaxing by reading. The area is also very strategic for the many activities it offers, and the small villages to visit are beautiful, as well as the most renowned centers. We'll be back! Thank you for everything

Roberta's lovely annex met our expectations and made our stay more than comfortable. Roberta welcomed us two hours earlier than expected and, as if we were family, she had a delicious apple cake and a bottle of sparkling wine for my partner's birthday, which I had told her about at the time of booking. As if that weren't enough, the fridge was full of yogurt of all kinds, milk and fruit juice. In the kitchen, there were multiple varieties of tea, coffee both in powder and in pods, biscuits and croissants, rusks, and various types of jams. Roberta was nice, kind, helpful, affable and her B&B fully reflects her. Very comfortable bed, fragrant towels, shampoo, bubble bath, hair dryer of decent power. In short, the perfect place to stay to comfortably visit Spoleto and its surroundings, but above all to enjoy healthy relaxation in an estate surrounded by nature.

I spent a wonderful week in this exceptionally beautiful accommodation. The apartment is extremely clean, tastefully furnished, partly with valuable antiques. There is nothing missing: the kitchen is well equipped, towels and bed linen of excellent quality, perfect WiFi and two TVs (living area & bedroom). Very practical: parking directly in front of the entrance. Outside, you can sit undisturbed in the shade or in the sun - ideal for relaxing. The warmth of Laura and her family was overwhelming. They were always helpful, patient with my imperfect Italian, and we got along wonderfully. The location is ideal for discovering Spoleto and many places in beautiful Umbria on day trips. I was very sad to have to leave again - my time there was so beautiful. I would love to come back and can highly recommend this accommodation, even for longer stays. Thank you very much, dear Laura!

The small apartment in the Alba Magdalena farmhouse corresponds exactly to what is indicated and shown in the photos. It is an oasis of peace with a beautiful view of the valley and the surrounding villages. The equipment was more than sufficient for our two-day stay. Alba Magdalena was very courteous and even exchanging a few words with her was a great experience. The accommodation is very easy to reach with the directions provided and with the help of a satellite navigation system. From there, it is easy to move around the beautiful surroundings (a few kilometers away you can find restaurants and/or shops). We highly recommend staying here.
