We had an excellent hosting experience! The apartment is extremely well equipped and well cared for, with excellent quality bed and bath linens. David is a very attentive and very kind host. He gave great suggestions and took care of all the details so that we had an excellent trip. I'm sure we'll be back!

Melina's place has everything you need. Located in the heart of Villa Urquiza, with easy access to the Subte (Subway) only 5 minutes away, close to a big Carrefour and in easy reach of bars, restaurants, bakeries and vegetable shops, this is perfect. As my husband and I are relocating back to Argentina, we needed a place to stay until everything was sorted. The whole process took a little longer than expected, so we had to extend our initial 3-month stay. Melina kindly agreed for us to stay on at her apartment, so we can continue to enjoy the fine views out towards the west.

The apartment is just like the pictures posted. In a quiet area and with everything very close by on foot. Daniel was a sweetheart from the beginning, he helped me with the check-in and check-out times since my flights were very early. The apartment is very comfortable, nice and with everything you need, I will definitely stay there again when I visit the city.

It really is an excellent apartment! It has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Super clean and tidy. It's beautifully decorated. It has the necessary appliances and utensils and everything is new and works well (kitchen, air conditioning, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, towels, etc.). It's spacious, the bed is comfortable, and it has a nice balcony. The complex is superlative: heated pool, jacuzzi, saunas, gym. Everything is spacious, new and very easy for guests to access. The host, Juan, is very explicit, responds quickly and accurately. They left us coffee capsules, chocolates and beer in the fridge, it's a very nice welcome when you arrive tired from a trip. 100% recommended apartment. The price/quality ratio is excellent. It's worth it!!!

The space is just like the photos, very clean and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need. The view from the balcony is very nice. The tower has two entrances from two different streets, which makes it even more accessible. Super close to the agronomy and veterinary school. I would definitely stay with you again. I would only recommend placing a non-slip mat in the bathtub since it is a bit slippery, other than that everything is excellent, the cleanliness and comfort are 1A!

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. Beautiful skyline and Guido is a wonderful cook. Lorenzo helped sort out an issue with taxi driver when I first arrived from the airport. Overall, couldn’t recommend more.

Caro is a great host, she was always attentive to all my questions. She was generous and very kind. The apartment is divine you can see the love she put on it!

It was a super quiet stay! Very comfortable the depto for two people, everything new and clean ….. Sabrina responded quickly and was extremely friendly. I will surely be back!

I loved staying in this apartment! Was very conveniently located, felt safe and had a lot of space. It felt amazingly comfortable for a longer stay, and I really appreciated the communication and support of Barbara throughout. The rooftop pool was also beautiful in the sun.

Carol’s apartment has stood the test of time very well, and you feel like you are transported back Buenos Aries around the time the apartment was built. But, Carol has lovingly tended to many key details of comfort: modern air conditioning, pristine refurbished kitchen, two en suite bathrooms. The apartment is close to the subway, bus, myriad of restaurants, grocery stores, and much more. This is a safe area and the building is always secure. The elevator to the second floor is still operating well and from the last century (very cool!). Carol allowed us flexible arrival and departure time which was very generous of her. Additionally, she arranged to have her driver Alex at our disposal to/from the airport, to/from the port. I can’t wait to return to Buenos Aries and stay here again!

Angel gave great instructions for check in and check out. The building is located in a central location that made it easy to walk to your activity, Sube station, or the store. Washer/ dryer is a great addition and worked well. The Sube card in the apt made it easy to get around the city, we just reloaded it and used it. The only drawback is that the walls are thin and you can hear conversations in the next apt over.

The apartment is beautiful, the hosts are always pending, willing to help; answer questions and provide solutions, our stay was incredible 100% recommended, we would definitely stay with them again.

The space is exactly as described, equipped, in a very good and safe location. It has a very comfortable bed, a safe for documents, and several markets nearby for buying groceries. We very much like it and recommend the location.

The apartment is as in the photos, the location is excellent, very close to bars and restaurants, clean, organized and spacious apartment. The host helped a lot with the early check-in and also with the possibility of storing our bags at check-out, always responding promptly.

The place is exactly as in the pictures. The pillows and bed are super comfortable. Kitchen with necessary utensils. Bathroom with shower with optimal temperatures for the cold. The location is excellent because it is next to Porto Madero, you can walk all over Porto. Very good, it's really worth the stay.

The truth is that it is excellent, super comfortable and very clean. The apartment is a 10, it has everything it describes and a few more things. Super satisfied, I'd come back.
