Holiday rentals with a patio in Villa General Mitre

We chose the apartment due to its location, which is in fact excellent, with many good cafes, restaurants and convenience stores around, most of the time we did our activities on foot and in total safety. The apartment is on a beautiful street, in a quiet and safe area. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. It even had a good hair dryer, iron, plug adapters and first aid kit. Clean bathroom, with several towels and personal hygiene items. The hosts were attentive and very receptive, with good communication, gave us several tips for tours, itineraries, where to buy wines, and made our stay more pleasant! We will definitely return !

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

The apartment is as it appears in the photos: comfortable, well-equipped, clean and very well located. The area is quiet, ideal for resting, and at the same time it has everything nearby: subway, supermarkets, bakeries and several shops. Excellent connectivity for getting around the city. The host was very kind from the start, with clear and quick communication. He was also very flexible with the schedules, which is very appreciated. A very pleasant stay, I would definitely come back.

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, it is a modern building and the apartment is impeccable. The only drawback was the hot water that lasted less than 5 minutes the first day, but I contacted Nataly, she answered immediately and then we had no problem. Nataly was always attentive to messages. We would definitely come back!

Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bedding, as well as blackout curtains, hard to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Finally, a great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth the walk through the neighborhood until you reach the Palermo park.
