Nos encantó el depto, amplio, moderno y contaba con todas las amenidades necesarias para una estadía placentera. Los agentes de Rentu son muy amables y contestan rápidamente, están atentos a brindar un buen servicio.

Lugar espaçoso, bem equipado e boa climatização; a anfitriã teve boa vontade. Um dos pontos fortes é a vista da sacada e a tranquilidade do bairro.

My wife and I had a splendid time here. There is easy access to the historic center, where we spent much of our time, but there are also lots of good restaurants nearby, a few important touristy locations, it’s just uphill from the costanera and the seat of the Paraguayan government (where you can surprisingly get free tours), there’s a good view of especially the palace from our balcony, and we didn’t feel like we lacked any important conveniences. We had a fully stocked kitchen with just a couple quirks, there were three big supermarkets around us that we could choose from, we enjoyed all of the nearby restaurants and cafes, many of which were also available on PedidosYa, and the area was pleasant enough to walk around and explore. Many major events were hosted just down the road from us as well, which we took full advantage of. Nelly, the building manager, was a delight — she was always available for help or guidance. This is an ideal spot to explore Asuncion for the first time.

My stay at Mauro's place was comfortable. The neighborhood is a quiet and tranquil residential area that felt safe to walk and explore around the area. There are grocery stores within walking distance or a short Uber. The apparement itself felt like home right away. The apparment has a modern feel while still being warm and comfortable. The layout of the apparment utilizes the space perfectly and had the most equipped kitchen of the other airbnbs I've stayed at in Asunción. The adado on the balcony was also a nice treat. The staff are welcoming and warm. They always were wanting to lend a hand during my stay and are friendly people.

Fer es una persona súper amable, responde rápido y soluciona todo lo que le pidas! Nos sentimos muy cómodos en el condominio! Es SÚPER seguro y hay un montón para hacer. Lamentamos no aprovechar más nuestra estadía.

Nuestra estadía en el alojamiento de Hugo fue excelente. El lugar es amplio y cómodo, eramos 4 personas y la pasamos de lujo. Además la encargada del Lugar ( María) sumamente amable y atenta. La ubicación del alojamiento es ideal, cerca de los shoppings más importantes de Asunción y en un barrio seguro. Sin dudas volveremos a hospedarnos en el alojamiento de Hugo

Excelente atención por parte de la anfitriona, muy receptiva. Todo ordenado y limpio. La ubicación es buena, porque está en la propia Asunción. La propietaria es cariñosa con las mascotas. Sin duda, volvería a quedarme aquí cuando necesite.

Excelente el departamento. Tiene recepción con guardia que te permite ingresar a cualquier hora.

I will be returning to my home country of Paraguay & this Airbnb will be my 1st choice, if available! Guillermo’s Airbnb is in central Asunción, minutes away from Calle Palma, Mercado 4, Palacio De López! With his Guillermo’s Airbnb, you get “2 for 1” deal with 2 bedrooms/1bathroom for what seems like you would pay for 1 bedroom, fully-furnished apartment. Very clean. The Airbnb far exceeded my expectations of what the pictures provide on this listing & I strongly encourage it will do the same for others in the future who book this listing. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. If he didn’t know the answer, he helped find a solution in order for my question to be answered not only correctly, but honestly. Thank you so much Guillermo!

El dpto de Tatiana es muy completo, cómodo y su decoración es hermosa. El complejo en el que se encuentra es silencioso y seguro. Cuenta con estacionamiento. Muy cerca del aeropuerto y de Asunción. Fácil de llegar. Sin duda volvería a alojarme y lo recomiendo.

We stayed here for three nights and had a great experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms – amazing value for the price. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, and everything worked as expected. The location is ideal – a 15-minute walk to the old town, with a huge supermarket nearby. The lift was quick and reliable, and the security guard downstairs was lovely – he even helped us get SIM cards for our stay. Nicolás, the host, was responsive and proactive, offering useful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The only downside was that the showers didn’t drain properly, leaving both bathrooms wet throughout our stay. Not a major issue, but really quite annoying nonetheless! Overall it’s a great base for exploring Asunción. We’d happily stay again.

I had an incredible stay at this Yasmin Airbnb! The place was spotless, safe, and fully equipped with everything I needed. Its location, just 12 minutes from the mall, was super convenient. Yasmin was amazing—so responsive and attentive, making the entire experience seamless. On top of that, she is an awesome realtor, which was a bonus! Highly recommend staying here—you won’t regret it!

A melhor hospedagem que já encontrei no AirBNB. Como brasileiro, primeira vez fora do país achei que teria dificuldade com o local e a comunicação. Txema foi um anfitrião incrível. Apesar de não falar português fluentemente, foi muito eficiente na comunicação, além de muito gentil e completo em todas as informações. Sempre atento e solícito nos ajudou muito com indicações de todos os tipos Seu apartamento é impecável, muito bem decorado e agradável! Não há o que falar! É perfeito! Camas ótimas, chuveiros super quentes, tudo novinho e muito caprichado! Nota 10! Enfim, hospedagem irretocável! Recomendo a todos que tenham interesse em conhecer Assunção e arredores pois a localização é muito estratégica, e não está distante de nada.

The apartment is centrally located and accessible to local sites that allow you to know and enjoy the local culture of Paraguay. The host was always accessible and the building staff was very friendly. We highly recommend it for business travel. We would definitely return.

Excelente espacio. El departamento fue tal como se ve en las fotos. Muy limpio y ordenado. El edificio es moderno y las personas de recepción fueron siempre amables. Por último la zona donde se encuentra el hospedaje es muy bonita y tranquila a 10 minutos de dos centros comerciales. Todo muy bien!
