Elfrida Bartolucci was my grandmother! I have beautiful childhood memories in this house. I was lucky enough to renovate and restore it while preserving its essence and aesthetics! Her furniture, objects and poetry books are still there. I take great care of that courtyard that my grandparents dedicated so much time to! Excellent location, one block from the river (beautiful area) and very integrated into the city center (Santa Ana neighborhood) The house is very well equipped.

Newly remodeled small house, for 4 guests. Located 8 blocks from the pedestrian and 6 blocks from the bus terminal. Two blocks from the city's old hospital. Large kitchen, small bathroom and a spacious room with a double bed and a bunk bed ( not recommended for older people). Linens, WiFi, TV, Netflix, fan, microwave, refrigerator, heating, dishes, patio.

Spacious and serene space. 100 meters from the waterfront. Beautiful neighborhood and grounds. Ideal place to accommodate several travelers, very comfortable, with a large garage for 2 cars, grill and large pool. Great for vacationing. We do not have towel service. From April to November there is no pool service.
