The apartment is new, modern, comfortable and well decorated, as shown in the photos. It is well equipped and allows a comfortable stay. The building is well located, the area is safe and offers good amenities: 24-hour reception, spacious co-working, gym, terrace, laundry and swimming pools. The indoor pool is in a heated space, but the water is not heated, it is cold, which limited its use. The terrace grills are only available for extended stays. As opportunities for improvement: - Communication with the host could be more direct and accessible in case of unforeseen events. - Price-quality ratio.

The apartment matches the photos, the place is accessible, has the Subte B line nearby, as well as several collective lines that allow you to move to other areas easily. It is a very quiet commune, for long stays, as in my case. There are several supermarkets nearby (dia, carrefour express or hypermercado) and vegetable and fruit shop that works 24/7. In terms of communication, I note that Mr. Simón, keeps informed about any new maintenance that exists in the building and I thank him for the flexible check-in time. Best of all, the internet speed, which, in particular, I needed to do some work. The apartment does not have a washing machine, however, in Av. de los Incas there are two laundromats that offer their service and I find it a good price. Finally, an extra plus that I highlight is that every week they help you with the change of sheets and towels. Recommended 👍

The place was perfect The apartment is very nice, spacious and Vero is very friendly and responded promptly to any questions. The only thing to keep in mind is the noise from the avenue. Although it is a high floor, it is noisy at bedtime, at least in my case. But otherwise, everything was very good

we agreed with Romi to do the check-in. All the rules are very clear. The spectacular apartment for a five-day visit. We went as a couple. with everything to cook or buy and heat, however you want. a super quiet neighborhood with everything you need at your fingertips. Romi will be happy to help you with anything you need. Given the time of our flight, we made a more flexible check-out. Thank you very much Romi for hosting us!

Excellent apartment with fabulous view. All this is great - and very clean. They have all the details - from air fresheners to liquid soaps. Honestly, it's wonderful - one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at. Highly recommended. Juan and Sofia are super friendly and excellent hosts. The building has very good amenities.

I had an excellent experience in this apartment. The place was spotless, very clean and well cared for, as shown in the pictures. You can see that they pay attention to the details so that you feel comfortable from the moment you are. In addition, the owner was very kind and attentive: he cared about my arrival, was always available for any questions and facilitated the delivery times of the keys without any problems. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%.

The accommodation was wonderful, the environment is air-conditioned, there is air conditioning and a thermometer in the entire environment, the floor heats and heats the entire apartment. The building has a laundry room and sauna that, when needed, was promptly attended to by the hosts, who were always available and always extremely friendly and attentive, and were clear and precise from the entrance to the exit. Only compliments! Juan was a great host, he took care of everything to serve us in the best possible way. We did a flexible check-in because of the flight, breakfast was wonderful, we were also able to cook, Juan gave great directions from restaurants, laundries, etc. We'll be back again.

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

The place was perfect, comfy, walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, etc, Luciano has been Super helpful from the begining to the end and also very kind. Pablo de building manager is also super helpful. I had a wonderful stay in this place, Im very happy to have chosen it. I fully recomend it

Gabriel is a very busy host with the reception. Before arriving, I send suggestions for places, restaurants, breweries and places. He leaves us very relaxed, the reception is spectacular. He is very careful, his apartment is organized, he explains how everything works. And he's always ready to answer questions and anything you need. In short, we were very comfortable and safe. Everything was impeccable.

Ezequiel’s place in Cañitas was perfect for my stay. It’s super clean, has literally everything you’d need, and the balcony is a great bonus. It can be a bit tight for two, but totally manageable. The location is amazing — close to restaurants, a mall, and supermarkets. I’d 100% stay here again!

Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!
