Really close to the mountain (for those who love hiking), to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele and 40 minutes from the seaside and the Adriatic coast. 1h from Pescara, 2h from Rome Airports by car or bus. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

The apartment has 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen with a terrace where you can eat. The garden and swimming pool, shared with other guests, enjoy a privileged position from which you can enjoy a beautiful view.

A spacious first floor self-catering apartment in the old farmhouse of the Borgo Storico Seghetti Panichi, our family home with a historic villa and chapel, surrounded by a celebrated romantic 1870s garden. Guests can enjoy the garden, pool, citrus terraces, olive grove, kitchen garden, wildflower meadow and shaded seating areas. The view sweeps from the sea to the high Apennines. Sandy Adriatic beaches and fine seafood are 20 mins away; the renaissance jewel of Ascoli Piceno is even closer.

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Cocoon of Gran Sasso

"O blessed solitude, or only bliss" Immersed in the tranquility of nature and a few meters from the Annorsi Fountain and its precious spring water, the "Gran Sasso Refuge" was a stable for sheep. After years of abandonment, converted to residential and accommodation use, it found a second life thanks to a wise renovation that, while respecting the context, made use of the latest technologies such as the floor heating system or the ventilated roof structure

The modernly furnished apartment is located on the first floor of an old building renovated according to anti-seismic standards, a stone's throw from one of the most beautiful squares in Italy, Piazza del Popolo. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It consists of 2 double bedrooms (single beds if needed), a living room with sofa bed, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Designed to make your stay very enjoyable.

NIKE WOODS emotion experience

Our treehouse in the woods, built from iron and originally used as a bivouac, has been transformed into a retreat inspired by Japanese philosophy. Inside, it offers a unique experience with an ofuro (traditional Japanese bathtub), a sauna for relaxation, and an emotional shower that stimulates the senses. The minimalist design and attention to detail create a serene atmosphere, perfect for rejuvenating in harmony with the surrounding nature.
