Excellent apartment with fabulous view. All this is great - and very clean. They have all the details - from air fresheners to liquid soaps. Honestly, it's wonderful - one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at. Highly recommended. Juan and Sofia are super friendly and excellent hosts. The building has very good amenities.

We stayed at this place and it was an excellent experience. The place was just like the photos, very cozy, clean and with everything you need for a perfect stay. María Laura attended us wonderfully, always attentive and willing to help us with whatever we needed. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Amazing place! Can’t describe how beautiful the view was from the apartment! Clean apartment and in a very safe area. Restaurants right around the corner. I needed a pharmacy and it was 2 blocks away. Quiet area , we got great sleep. Casa Rosada, San Telmo and other areas were within walking distance. I definitely recommend this place.

I already told you in private and I'll leave it here too, the apartment is super comfortable, nice, nice decoration. The girls were very helpful and quick to respond to our questions about the boiler and wifi. I would definitely come back, as it felt like being at home, for three people it's great!

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

Adriana always responded quickly, clearly, and was very flexible. The house is exactly as the pictures. Everything is clean and spotless. The location is safe and the surroundings are very peaceful. Super recommended.

The apartment is as in the photos, the location is excellent, very close to bars and restaurants, clean, organized and spacious apartment. The host helped a lot with the early check-in and also with the possibility of storing our bags at check-out, always responding promptly.

absolutely my favorite airbnb i’ve stayed at. i was here for a month and i did not want to leave. perfect location. had everything i needed. very responsive. i locked myself out at 2am and the host answered and figured it out within minutes. also a very nice cafe in the building is a plus.

Excellent mono-environment, fully equipped, good WIFI, building with 24-hour security and first-class amenities. The apartment is on the first floor but it is quite quiet. There are good cafes and restaurants just a few blocks away. 4 blocks from Subway B and several buses on the corner. Agustina responded very quickly to each concern. I recommend it 100% .

This place was perfect! I came to Argentina for a month and - as a bodybuilder and fitness enthusiast - I was looking for a home where I could easily explore the area while cooking for 5-6 meals per day and working 9-5 from my computer remotely. I got exactly what I wanted. Fully functioning kitchen appliances, a washer/dryer in the basement of the building, two bathrooms, and a beautiful space that separates living area from sleeping area. I would absolutely stay here again. Furthermore, I probably WILL stay here again in the future, as it made it so easy for me to work from Buenos Aires like I was home.
