It was a wonderful vacation. The apartment was very functional and nicely decorated. Plenty of space on the terrace and on the balcony. The location was perfect, just a few meters from the beach. Lots of nice places in the area, and a great pizzeria in the house. We'll be back for sure...

Peaceful but close to everything’

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. Had a great stay here! We were able to check in early and was greeted by the owner with espresso and peach cake! Echo provided helpful translation when needed. We also received an invitation to the family's alpaca farm that night. The room itself was very clean and cutely appointed. We were only there for one night, but it had all the basics we needed with the exception of dish soap. The pool was a fabulous respite from the extreme heat - it's not a lap pool but plenty of room to swim around and relax. It is located an easy walk across the street to the lake. About a five minute walk to the grocery store. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to the top of town. about a 20 minute walk from the train station. We ate at Ostteria le Scalette & had a great meal. We took a passagiatta through town after dinner & came across a marching jazz band that processed through town. All around a great trip to Castiglione Del Lago! Would highly recommend Residence Rainieri & the town and hope to be able to visit again!

The apartment is right by the sea and is perfect if you want to feel at home. We were there as a family with a child and we lacked nothing. You can enjoy the sea from the balcony and are within a few steps of the beach. The fully equipped kitchen offers all possibilities for cooking yourself. Marcella is a very warm hostess, as far as dealing with us is concerned, we can say: perfect! We can't say anything about the pool, as it was unfortunately closed due to construction work. All in all: premium location, great apartment, perfect hosts!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

We were 6 people in the house and had a fantastic time. Communication with DH Villas was smooth, check in super relaxed. The location of the villa and the view from the garden/terrace was beautiful. We will be happy to come back.

I stayed over the August weekend with 3 friends and, overall, it was a great experience. Unfortunately, the photos do not do justice to the apartment, which is, on the other hand, very nice and equipped with all the essential amenities. It is designed to accommodate a couple, but for those like us who adapt to alternative solutions, it is also great for 3 and 4 people. Mrs. Anna was very kind from the time of booking, always available and cheerful. The best thing about this apartment, however, is the location: literally a stone's throw from everything (beach, Viale Ceccharini, station). I highly recommend it to groups of friends or couples.

Spacious, comfortable and convenient apartment for a holiday in Rimini. The seafront is just a few meters away, and there are several restaurants and bars along the main street adjacent to the apartment. The most important thing is the personal parking space. Manuela was a great host, kind and helpful in giving advice on restaurants and bathrooms in the area. We followed many of his suggestions and we didn't regret it!

The Apartment was very nice in an amazing location! Especially the possibility to use bikes gave a lot of flexibility to enjoy the region! Thank you Maria for the great stay! We enjoyed it a lot!

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

We liked the apartment. Very bright, spacious, clean and comfortable. Incredible terrace. Giuseppe was very welcoming and hospitable. The apartment is conveniently located near the sea and the exhibition center (during the exhibitions, a special bus No.10 runs past the apartment and without transfers and loss of time delivers in 10 minutes). The only thing we lacked was a kettle and a few pieces of furniture on the terrace. We had a large company and one table and 4 chairs were not enough. But everything else was great. Thank you!
