Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Village of Four Seasons

Very comfortable surroundings. Waterfront property. Great for fishing, boating, and swimming. Friendly community. Great nearby restaurants! JB Hooks! Everything you need to prepare meals were available including food delivery service available. Convenient to local grocery stores, and convenience stores.

Nice, clean, neat place. We had everything we needed. Nice view and very close to the pool. And the host communicated well with details and answered questions fast. Extra towels, blankets, snacks, essentials, etc were provided, we didn’t have to buy anything we just came with food. If we come again next summer we’ll be looking out for this particular place again!

Great house perfect location no complaints will be rebooking for the summer fun.

Perfect location with private deck and access to boat dock. Sometimes we sat on the patio and listened to music coming from Margaritaville across the bay. It’s an easy car or boat drive to lots of other places in Osage Beach and we enjoyed many of them. It was reasonably priced for a two bedroom condo with boat and trailer parking in this area. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

Great place to stay close to most things to do at the lake for a small group!

We had an awesome stay at this place! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend at the lake. The views were beautiful, especially in the morning with coffee out on the deck. We were close to the water, and it was easy to get around to nearby restaurants and stores. The hosts were super responsive and made check-in a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway at the Lake of the Ozarks.

Great location to hide away for the weekend and get on the water. Walkable distance to Shady Gators which is always a fun place to go experience. Be prepared as there is not a lot of supplies provided and we almost ran out of toilet paper wand paper towels. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay

Aubrey saved our family Lake vacation! When we arrived to the Lake of the Ozarks we were informed that are VRBO had been double booked for the week. After many months of planning our trip seemed ruined. Having a large group with kids ment we couldn't just rent any house, we came across Aubrey's house and it was perfect. we booked late on a Sunday and she was able to get the property cleaned and ready for us extremely quickly. During our stay she was very quick to respond and even helped us find a boat dock to use since hers was temporarily closed. The property has recently been remodeled and it is beautiful. The pool and outdoor pergola area were perfect for our family we spent more time there then in the lake. Aubrey provide many pool toys a kids life jacket and a large amount of pool towels. There were also many games and children's toys throught the house, even books and kid friendly kitchen dishes! Aubrey is a wonderful host and we highly recommend staying here.

Very comfortable and well appointed studio unit with parking right in front of entrance. Sunroom is also furnished well with an extra twin bed. View is lovely and very peaceful setting. I especially appreciate the quality bed and super soft sheets provided. Would certainly stay here again.

This condo is very cozy and it was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, there were plenty of towels, extra toilet paper, and extra bedding for the couch. The location was great. It was in short driving distance to many restaurants, rental places, and state parks. The pool was nice and the local “condo crowd” was very friendly and welcoming. The balcony was nice and the kids loved looking out at the lake to spot turtles. The kitchen was well equipped. Would be a great spot if you had a boat too! We rented a jet ski and was able to pull it up to the end of the dock to switch off. Would highly recommend staying here!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Stay! We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was thoughtfully prepared and welcoming. The place was spotless and incredibly well-stocked — they even provided a snack basket and a phone charger in the bedroom, which was such a nice touch! The view was stunning and made for a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. We especially loved the indoor pool house and hot tub — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The fact that it’s pet-friendly was a huge bonus, and everyone (including our furry friend) had a great time. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to come back!

Daniel's place is spacious, clean, quite and well equipped. The reservation process was easy with plenty of pictures and detailed description of the place. Great place to stay in!

The hideaway is so cozy, comfortable and honestly aesthetically pleasing! Adorable area where you can sit and read a nice good book or just relax. Kim was very responsive and sweet, would recommend booking 10/10, also great location, a lot of things are close by.

Loved it at Sonja’s! She had all the necessary amenities and was very understanding about a lake check out! Favorite part was the indoor hot tub and pool! The security on site was super laid back about swimming a little after dark! Recommend her place for sure.

The space was beautiful and perfect for my 25th birthday — cozy, clean, and with amazing lake views. We enjoyed our stay overall. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication after checkout about damage we didn’t cause, which put a damper on the experience.

We’re traveling across the country and this place was everyone’s favorite so far! The view is beautiful. We felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. It’s a great spot to settle in and enjoy the area.

Tonya's condo was extremely clean and comfortable! It was in a great location with a short drive to everything.

John’s place was beautiful! Very clean with modern updates. The condo had everything we needed. Great location that’s close to shopping and restaurants. Nice seating area on the deck with table and bbq grill.

Lester’s home was beautiful and I had an amazing time there :) one I can’t forget, so thank you for letting me have that experience!

Condo was on the end with a very large outside patio, loved all the windows, natural light, and view of the lake. Nighttime with the blinds open allowed us to see the lights reflecting off the water. My family was comfortable and at ease which is exactly what we were looking for on this stay.

Made a last minute reservation after a booking on another site was inaccurate and frankly terrible. The family was relieved and pleased to stay in this well maintained property. Very nice, as described. Thanks!

We loved our stay! Everything was so clean and well kept. Check in was easy, location is close to the strip, many well known restaurants and many water access points. We were provided all the amenities you could think of and Vishruth was very responsive! Would definitely recommend! :)

Always love staying here! It’s always so clean, so nice, and very peaceful! They are the best hosts ever!
