Its wonderful view of the volcano for each awakening. Its location allows you to walk to the center, which is quite convenient. Close to everything.

The apartment is inside a condominium, the concierge knows how to guide you very well to locate the parking lot and apartment. We stayed 2 nights, and we found everything offered, with clean and well-kept, and comfortable facilities. It is located in an area where a vehicle/transportation is required to reach the downtown area, but it is easily accessible. The system for entering the apartment is through an entry screen with a code, which we found to be novel but autonomous at the same time. The accommodation is highly recommended!

It is one of the best places I have been in relation to the beauty of the place, how well kept it is, how clean and comfortable it is. I wish I could have stayed a whole week longer :)

The stay, wonderful!!!! I was with my 1 year 10 month old baby and we enjoyed it a lot... the apartment is very nice, it is warm and meets all the amenities mentioned and more! Since she received us with delicious snacks and even thought of my baby🥹 Nataly, an excellent host!

The apartment is beautiful, very well decorated and clean, spacious. Just like the pictures. The host was very kind throughout the process and always answered questions. There was a stove to use, very useful given the climate of the season.

Our days here were 10/10, everything was super clean, the apartment has everything you need to have a comfortable stay, on the other hand, the guys were amazing, kind, attentive, friendly and concerned, in general this place is highly recommended.

We felt very comfortable in the place. The place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Don Carlos was always very attentive and kind. We stayed for a month and felt right at home, we even changed the sheets, towels, and bath carpet every week at no extra cost. The condo is nice, quite quiet. It's in front of a forest and next to a small stream. I highly recommend this apartment, the only important thing to take into account is that you have to walk quite a lot for the center of Pucón, from 15 to 20 minutes, but it was heavy considering that sometimes one carries things. in addition, the entrance to the condominium is a hill, which although it is short, can run out quite if you are not carrying a car. However, despite that, it is a very comfortable place for long stays. Highly recommended!

The building reception staff is very friendly and very willing to answer any questions. The apartment's location is ideal for those who want to combine proximity to the center of Pucón and a quiet environment to rest, it is on a quiet street and lake shore with excellent views from the building's terrace, where you can enjoy quincho and jacuzzi. Excellent stay, definitely very muchyyy recommended

The apartment is really complete, with an excellent location with access to the lake, just like the photos. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Bicycles to explore a beautiful city, and several additional amenities. Boris is a spectacular host, always available. I would come back without thinking.

The apartment and condominium are very nice and have many services! The host was very nice and flexible with our needs. We recommend going by car to spend several days, to be able to take advantage of the common spaces of the condominium and not have problems when moving inside and outside the condominium.

I highlight the kindness, worries and friendliness of Juan José, without a doubt an excellent host, of all my trips, the best host I have known so far, responds quickly and clearly all questions. The apartment is very nice, like, spacious, surrounded by a fantastic environment, ideal for going with the family and relaxing, I recommend it 1000%, when I travel back to Pucón I would love to stay in this apartment again.
