Cristhoper responded to all messages and was very fluid communication. It was a super nice stay for one night. The surroundings are auper tranquil. The apartment is a 5 minute drive or 25-30 minutes walking. The parking lot is a bit narrow for pickup trucks, but it's done.

This place was probably the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in! The beds were so comfy, the shower was great and the view of the volcano was stunning. It's walking distance to everything in the town centre which was very handy.

The apartment and condominium are very nice and have many services! The host was very nice and flexible with our needs. We recommend going by car to spend several days, to be able to take advantage of the common spaces of the condominium and not have problems when moving inside and outside the condominium.

The apartment is very well located, in the center of Pucon. You can go out walking to business and restaurants. It is just a short drive to all the tourist attractions in the area. It is a new apartment, its condition is impeccable. The kitchen is very well equipped, the heating is excellent.

The perfect place, that's how I describe it. Carolina is very attentive and kind at all times. The apartment is located a couple of blocks from supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, the beach and yet there is no noise. It's super cute, just like in the photos and extremely clean. The bed and pillows are super comfortable and the terrace is spacious. The kitchen is fully-equipped. The big surprise was waking up and opening my eyes to see the entire volcano, snow-covered to its slopes, so close from the bedroom window. When I return to Pucón, I will not accept staying anywhere else. Thank you Carolina for sharing your space!!!!

the apartment is a single environment but very nice and in a beautiful complex. it needs a bit of cooking equipment but it meets everything. super attentive Edward and I solve some things we ask of him.

Our days here were 10/10, everything was super clean, the apartment has everything you need to have a comfortable stay, on the other hand, the guys were amazing, kind, attentive, friendly and concerned, in general this place is highly recommended.

The appartment is beautiful! As in the photos. The communication with Matias is very good, we forgot a bag and he made no effort to direct us. The location is a quiet place. We love our stay!

We felt very comfortable in the place. The place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Don Carlos was always very attentive and kind. We stayed for a month and felt right at home, we even changed the sheets, towels, and bath carpet every week at no extra cost. The condo is nice, quite quiet. It's in front of a forest and next to a small stream. I highly recommend this apartment, the only important thing to take into account is that you have to walk quite a lot for the center of Pucón, from 15 to 20 minutes, but it was heavy considering that sometimes one carries things. in addition, the entrance to the condominium is a hill, which although it is short, can run out quite if you are not carrying a car. However, despite that, it is a very comfortable place for long stays. Highly recommended!

The building reception staff is very friendly and very willing to answer any questions. The apartment's location is ideal for those who want to combine proximity to the center of Pucón and a quiet environment to rest, it is on a quiet street and lake shore with excellent views from the building's terrace, where you can enjoy quincho and jacuzzi. Excellent stay, definitely very muchyyy recommended

Very comfortable apartment for a family of 6, I brought my pillows, which is something we always do. It has a small terrace with partial lake view, the facilities are top notch. Don't forget to bring detergent and 500 coins for laundry in the -1 laundry room, washing costs $2,000 and drying another $2,000 more, the only thing that is involved is a dryer or towel hanger for washing the terrace. We enjoyed the lake and pool to the fullest. We recommend the place 100%.

The apartment is really complete, with an excellent location with access to the lake, just like the photos. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Bicycles to explore a beautiful city, and several additional amenities. Boris is a spectacular host, always available. I would come back without thinking.

We arrive in a quiet place, very nice, it is already the second time that we stay in this apartment and we like it. The location is very good and the concierge team is also very friendly. No doubt Jano is a very host and cares about his customers♥️
