Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Villa Modéliacus, the Route des Grands Crus

Located in the south of the Côte d'Or, Meuilley is a small, typical Burgundy village. At the foot of the vineyards, we welcome you all year round in an old stone vat dating from before 1750, renovated with a touch of modernity. 5 minutes from Nuits-Saint-Georges, 30 minutes from Dijon and 15 minutes from Beaune, the site also allows you to access the route des grands crus. There are a bakery and a restaurant close to the cottage. Voie Verte and bike-friendly hosting. Vignobles et Découvertes certified, wine boutique.

Ideally located on the wine route, between Nuits-Saint-Georges and Beaune, loft on the first floor of our main residence (28 m2), with private covered terrace (20 m2) overlooking the classified vineyards. Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
