Yadiry was very kind when she welcomed us into her home, gave us instructions, and showed us how everything worked. The house is beautiful, with everything we needed for a worry-free and very comfortable stay. All the amenities work perfectly and make us feel right at home. Our vacation was as wonderful as we had hoped. The house and amenities exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean, safe, and beautifully and tastefully decorated. The patio and pool were exactly as described, and the grill was clean and propane tank was full. The open living area floor plan is marvelous for family time. The kitchen, dining area and lounging spaces together kept us in touch as a family. The kitchen is magnificent! The large TV was super for post season football playoffs. Overall, five stars in all categories.

The house is beautiful and in perfect condition. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. My family and I had a very happy stay.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The outdoor area was the highlight — the private pool and peaceful vibe made it feel like our own little paradise. The host was super responsive and made sure we felt right at home. Location-wise, it was perfect — close to restaurants and all the fun Cape Coral has to offer. We didn’t want to leave, and we’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a amazing stay in Southwest Florida!

Shawn’s place is in a manufactured home pleasant neighborhood. It is modestly, but comfortably furnished. It has steps to enter and between some rooms so it isn’t perfect for disabled. It was great for a couple (or 2) visiting mom or dad. The community pool was about a block away and very nice

My husband, our two dogs, and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay at the Cape Villa! The home exceeded our expectations in every way, from the thoughtful starter essentials (like laundry detergent and pantry basics) to the beach gear that made our day by the ocean even more enjoyable. As a pet-friendly rental, it was perfect! With a fenced-in yard, dog bowls, waste bags, and little touches that made traveling with our pups so easy and comfortable. It’s so clear how much Anthony & Laura care about their home and how much they’ve invested into making it welcoming, comfortable, and well-equipped for guests. The pool was perfect, the location was ideal, and they were truly amazing hosts… responsive, warm, and kind. We felt completely at home and genuinely didn’t want to leave. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and will absolutely be staying here again in the future!

We only stayed 1 night, but it was a very nice and relaxing stay. Bed was very comfortable, however we did bring our own pillows. The pool and hot tub were relaxing as well. The gazebo shown on the picture does not exist, but that is okay as we stay under the covered area outside. Our puppy loved how much room he had to run in the backyard. We did have to fix the gate ourselves as it would not close properly and we didn’t want your puppy escaping. All in all it was an amazing nice stay and super relaxing! My family and I had a great time. We had no issues. We all enjoyed the swimming pool, I was able to go fishing of the dock. The house has a nice pool table and even a dart board. Thank you Peter for letting us stay in your home.

We had a great visit! Our kids loved the pool, we loved the spacious layout and the open kitchen area to make meals together. Easy to get to restaurants, grocery stores, and beaches.

Love love love this place! Had 11 of us with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all. Beautiful place and close to everything. Enjoyed the pool and pier. Caught tons of fish right off the dock. Meat market close by with great steaks. Wonderful outdoor kitchen. Hope we can go back next year. Grand daughters cried when we left because they had so much fun!

Allison and her place were both great! She was very responsive and gave some local recommendations. The camper was just what I was looking for and a nice little get away for the weekend! Would definitely recommend!

Tonya was easy to work with and answered my questions, even went out of her way to get a picture ( regarding dock as we brought a boat) The house is gorgeous, neighborhood is as well. It's located close to everything, but tucked into a neighborhood that's quiet with essentially no traffic. We've done the AirBNB thing in Marathon, Pine Island, Punta Gorda, etc. This home and Cape Coral are our favorite so far! Five stars!

We have stayed at Inn Season Cottage several times and it always provides a home away from home experience. It is a quiet neighborhood with several good restaurants nearby. The cottage is nicely decorated and so comfortable. Inn Season is always our first choice when visiting Ft. Myers.

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay and have a relaxing weekend and we came accross susanas house and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed, comfortable beds and fresh linens.and a really nice pool The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the outdoor space—it was great for relaxing in the evenings. Our host was very friendly and responsive. Check-in was smooth, and they provided clear instructions and great local tips. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

What a gem! Probably the nicest Air BnB we have stayed at! The house is open, feels extremely clean, and is well stocked. A perfect family home, the pool was a great spot for our kids to expend their extra energy before bed, and the open floor concept allowed for us to all be together and then retreat to the rooms for bed. Absolutely recommend, and we will stay again if we are in the area!

We travel a bit and this was the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. They have the house stocked with everything that’s needed (and more!), the house is extremely clean, the neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. We LOVED the layout of the house with the pool in the center with multiple points of entry to the house. Each door has an optional alarm making it safe for families with little kids. It was wonderful having the tv outside as well as a hot tub and grill. The host was extremely responsive. I would HIGHLY recommend this property.
