Beachfront holiday rental in Villeneuve-Loubet

We only stayed one night but wished we had stayed longer. Great place, great area. Walking distance to beautiful rocky beaches and good restaurants. Elsa and Julien were communicative, responsive, and accommodating.

Lovely apartment and great space for a couple. Extremely walkable for shops and restaurants. Very close walk to the beach as well. Would highly recommend.

Great host. Met us when we checked in to go over the apartment and give us lots of information about Nice. The apartment is in a perfect spot with the tram stop on one side and a short walk to the beach on the other. It is a very central location. Everything we needed for the beach was there and there was a beautiful view. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Nice, this is it.

We really enjoyed our stay. Good location- 5 minutes from the beach and 5 min to a grocery store (and 2 min to a bread store!), and 10 min to the train station. Lots of natural light, and spacious. We enjoyed eating outside every night on the terrace. Quiet at night, and loved the free parking spot. Host was very responsive and gave us local recommendations.

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

Francois's studio flat comes as advertised. The location cannot be beat for the price. It's high above the Promenade des Anglais with a spectacular view of the sea, and just a 10-15 minute walk to Place Massena and Old Nice. Also about a 15-20 minute walk to the Nice Ville train station. The bathroom has been recently updated, including with a relatively new washer and dryer. We were met by the concierge when we arrived and Francois provided a very helpful video which showed how to access the building and flat. Francois promptly responded to our request for a recommendation.

Wow !! Quite simply the best apartment we’ve ever had on AIR BnB 👌 perfect in every way and right in the heart of the old town, attractions, shops, daily market and restaurants . Perfect view of the full Promenade from the beautiful balcony !!! And to top it all off Eileen and Connie were the perfect hosts and communication was fantastic!! Lovely stylish and comfortable loft style apartment in the heart of the Old Town. Couldn’t be closer to restaurants and the beach. Historic building and very central location so certain compromises necessary (eg no lift so few flights of stairs to negotiate and bit of late evening noise from outside) but that’s all made clear in the property description and not really a big deal. Clear comprehensive and speedy communication from host Therese at all times.

Odilie is very friendly and helpful, we arrived a little early and were able to drop off our suitcase and change and received the keys before time :) Thank you, we will be happy to return :)

Delphine made us feel right at home! We enjoyed eating breakfast in the beautiful cottage and swimming in the pool. The property was safe, secure, and quiet. Air conditioning is quite a rare amenity in the region. Excellent proximity to public transport made it an ideal jumping off point for exploring the Rivera!

We had a wonderful few days. The best part is the view on the sea which is absolutely fabulous. Best place to relax, to have some food, a nice enjoyable drink. Apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is no air conditioning, but much better to dive in the swimming pool or the sea (first access at the end of a few steps) if you need to cool down. From there we did a few beautiful day trip to Cannes, Nice and Monaco, all easy to reach, and enjoyed taking the time to go by the road by the sea. Roberto was also available before and during our trip to provide very good instructions and advices (like local restaurants). Always available and always provided a friendly answer. And thanks for the paddle board which allowed us to visit nearby beaches.

First and foremost Philippe was an excellent host. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. He was always so quick to respond anytime we had questions, always offering suggestions and tips. He provided in-depth recommendations of restaurants, activities, and various methods of transportation. His knowledge of Villefranche and the surrounding areas helped us narrow down which spots were worth visiting. As for the guest suite itself, the inside was extremely clean and tasteful. The location is wonderful- being close to the village without actually being in the village. Overall, we were beyond pleased with our stay and would 100% recommend.

Céline is really nice and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we lack nothing. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just downstairs from the building is super convenient and there are a lot of things. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

Absolutely stunning. Anne Marie and her partner have created a peaceful oasis in paradise. She was so kind and flexible, even though we woke her up in the middle of the night after checking in late because of a delayed flight. We had a fantastic stay in Éze - and the location could not be beat. Book here!!

I honestly can’t say anything was wrong with this place! We loved Seb’s apartment, it has everything you need and it’s so nice to be close to the beach. Not only that, but the view is amazing! Seb is an excellent host, super responsive, and has great recommendations!

We had a lovely stay at Isabelle’s flat. The location is a bit of a walk from the train station but the place is peaceful and fully equipped with swimming pool and tennis court. Isabelle is a lovely host who is very responsive and helpful. She also gave local recommendations and went out of her way to support. We highly recommend.

Private territory,amazing view ,beach right below the building!

The location of the house was very close to both the beach and the market and transportation facilities. As a family with a baby, it was very good to be in a quiet location

Yves and Astrid were fabulous hosts and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They were very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. Thank you! The indoor and outdoor spaces are just as they look in the photos. Balcony area provides another living space during the day and evening and the rooftop area and pool are brilliant! Pools are a very rare find around Nice! Great location.. away from the hustle bustle of Nice but only a few minutes walk from the train station and was very easy to get an Uber to Nice, Antibes or further afield. Beach only a few minutes walk too. The apartment had everything you’d expect in a home from home and was very clean. Would definitely return and very highly recommend.

Wonderful property, beautiful location, incredible view. This property was everything I had hoped for. Terrific spot right on the water, walkable beach clubs, shops, restaurants. The host was very responsive and everything in the apartment was perfect. Hoping to rent this again next year!

We just absolutely loved Christopher & Fabien's place. You can tell they spent a great effort in making that place feel at home, with a kind-of vacation-vibe to it. It's in an ideal location of Antibe, with great proximity to everything you would want to see or do. The house was fantastic, cozy, and peaceful. And the clarity on amenities provided, and instructions were clear and precise. Lastly, they were very timely in and helpful in planning correspondence as well as providing recommendations. Highly Recommended!

A pleasant apartment very close to a beautiful beach with showers. The apartment is neat and clean. Friendly contact with the host. A good pizzeria nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. It was great!

A very nice accommodation even more beautiful than in the photos! Everything is of quality in the accommodation, as much the decor as the appliances, the furniture and the bedding. The terrace from which you can see the beach is beautiful and allows us to have our coffee or aperitif in a very relaxed way! Incredibly well located. The restaurants, the beach, the grocery store, everything is within walking distance. Also well located to visit the cities of the Côte d'Azur. The hosts are quite charming.
