Amazing appartment with everything you need . Parking space may be a little tricky to enter with big car, but for small one is good. Ideal location to explore area by car. Very nice Loches market twice a week 3 min from home. This was a perfect vication. Highly recommended!

Alexis has been really accommodating from the very beginning, especially with our children’s need (a baby and a toddler), very kind, and check in and check out is flexible. Location is right at the center of town, beautiful! The place itself is small but charming, the bathroom is spacious, modern and clean with high pressure shower. Kitchen is also very modern with induction stovetop. AC in the bedroom is life saving and can get really nice and cold in the hot summer days 😉 we would definitely stay here again if we have the chance to visit Amboise. Thank you Alexis!

This place was Spacious; very Spacious for just my husband and I. Loved It!! Walking distance for a lot of stores and restaurants. If You really want to treat yourself go to Le Reserve-it was amazing!! Get the Apple for dessert. Eating at and living near the Clock Tower and an easy walk to the Chateau d’ Amboise was perfect. Take a cold bottle of water if you’re walking to Leonardo Di Vinci’s home. It’s worth the walk, but it is a workout, especially with no Cold Water. The chime on the Clock Tower at the 1/2 hr made me smile. Reminded me I was in France every-time! I think it stopped at 6 pm daily. I would not only return I would live here!! Merci

Philippe responded quickly to my questions before we arrived, gave clear instructions and his place was easy to find. The private parking and laundry facilities were much appreciated and the garden setting was lovely. He and his wife were usually around to make sure everything was working for us and he made a reservation for us at a recommended local restaurant, which was a great experience. It was very hot while we were there for the walk into town across the bridge, but there is a local bus, with the stop right near the apartment. We stayed for a week and found Amboise to be a good base for visiting this part of the Loire Valley. We would certainly recommend Philippe's place and would stay there again ourselves if we were ever back in the area.

La Quintessence was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend in Amboise. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with everything you could need to use. Sophie is a great host, with a long list of great recommendations which made the weekend easy and enjoyable. I would definitely come back!

Wir haben hier fünf Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch zugleich eingerichtet. Nur das Badezimmer geht zum Place Richelieu raus, an dem recht viel Verkehr ist. So war es in der Wohnung ruhig. Für Self-Catering war alles gut vorhanden. Zum sehr guten Bäcker l'Horloge dauerte der Fußweg 5 Minuten. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Amboise waren ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der private Parkplatz ist sehr nützlich, denn am Place Richelieu parken viele Autos. Delphine hat auf unsere Nachrichten schnell und hilfsbereit geantwortet. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine kleine Flasche Sekt und Kekse - sehr nett, sehr lecker. Wir haben uns hier wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Le logement est très bien placé et facile d’accès. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse au soleil ! Nous avons rencontré les hôtes qui sont très sympathiques et disponibles. L’appartement est conforme aux photos, très propre et avec tout le nécessaire. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! 😁

Super gîte très bien situé sur la région par rapport aux châteaux et zoo. La vue sur la nature depuis la véranda est juste incroyable et permet de se reposer au calme. Maison décorée avec goût et bien équipée pour toute la famille. Notre fille et notre chienne et nous mêmes en ont été très ravis. Nous recommandons cette adresse avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé 3 jours chez Lydie. Rien à dire tout était parfait ! la maison est top, très propre, très fonctionnelle et les literies au top! Parking assez grand pour garer notre long véhicule et jardin clos pour les enfants. Lydie et son mari super sympa et très accueillant. Je recommande vivement .

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. De nombreuses activités sportives et ludiques sont accessibles dans le jardin et la piscine est agréable. Les hôtes sont discrets et bienveillants. Idéal pour un moment en famille ou avec des amis (peut-être moins en couples).

location très charmante. la communication avec Isabelle a été très fluide et cordiale. logement propre et très mignon. le séjour fut très agréable, nous avons bien profité de la terrasse pour les repas. un parc accessible à pied se trouve à proximité, très sympa pour s'y promener et avec des jeux pour les enfants.

Amazing opportunity to stay within the private grounds of this walled former priory built in 1641 and currently being restored. A beautiful one bedroom with modern ensuite and big open concept kitchen and living room with antique decor, classic large windows and stocked with everything you could need for our week long stay. Only 5 minutes walk to the castle and the excellent value Michelin Bib restaurant “La Salamandre” in the heart of Saint-Aignan, 8 minutes to the river, 3 minutes to the Saturday market. Gracious and welcoming hosts who are quick to respond and will show the immense grounds of this historic site. Also they have great recommendations from both re: pâtisseries, restaurants, fromagerie, groceries and local cultural arts events. Peace and quiet with gardens on two sides of the accommodation to sit and relax and fields on three sides of the priory so it feels like the countryside. Absolutely a wonderful experience we will go back to enjoy again one day.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Chantal ! La maison est spacieuse (vraiment parfaite pour 10 personnes ) , propre , bien équipée. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Mention spéciale pour le jardin, impeccablement entretenu avec beaucoup de jeux pour petits et grands. On ne peut que s’y plaire ! Je recommande a 100% !

On ne peut trouver meilleure prestation correspondant parfaitement à la description faite sur le site. L'humilité de nos hôtes par rapport à leur "noviciat" en AirB&B et leur souhait de recueillir toute critique ou proposition d'amélioration sont très louables. Mais comme il est précisé dans nombre d'avis publiés avant le mien, Jean-Noël et Cathy sont déjà au top. Aussi, les éventuelles améliorations seront de légers détails par rapport à la situation générale. Merci encore à eux pour l'agréable séjour que nous avons passé chez eux.

Bel appartement très bien situé à proximité du Zoo de Beauval notamment. Thierry et son épouse sont des hôtes chaleureux et accessibles, disponibles. A recommander sans hésitation. Un grand merci également pour les viennoiseries offertes par Thierry, geste commercial à la hauteur de sa bienveillance.

Logement très bien équipé et très propre. Fidèle à la description sur internet. Arrivée autonome appréciée. Seul point négatif : la fenêtre de chambre équipée d'un tout petit rideau qui donne dans le couloir.

Maison agréable avec jardin. Parc avec château face de la maison pour se promener gratuitement le soir.
