It is a very quiet and private place. We loved being able to share the premises with our Golden Retriever pet. The hosts are excellent, very helpful. The house is equipped with all the essentials for a few days of rest. The climate, flora and fauna make the stay super pleasant. We will definitely be back.

I love this place. Such a beautiful and well-equipped house, would be great for groups. Fantastic office for working, everything in great condition and so many touches that make it like home. The neighborhood is fantastic and super walkable, security guards are great. And the host is incredibly friendly and helpful - greets you with coffee, beers and sofa in fridge and eggs and other food to get started. It is the house he grew up in and clearly takes a lot of pride in for good reason. I would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend.

Excellent place to spend a few days relaxing, the people they care for are very friendly and helpful (Elio and Mongui) thank you very much. It is suggested to bring everything you need to not have to go out to the village much, or to support yourself with the gentleman who takes care of the homes, the entrance road has a small section that could improve it with a footprint plate, otherwise excellent.

The house has everything you need and is as shown in the photos, and Mr. Carlos and the person in charge are very friendly and ready to help with whatever is needed. Very easy access even for a small car is by a paved road to the front of the property. The weather during the day is hot and at night the temperature drops but it is never cold. The pool is small but adequate to cool off. The village is 15 minutes away by car.

We had an excellent week, waking up to birdsong. The house is perfect for resting. We enjoyed the pool and there is a tennis court 2 min away. The condominium is very well located, super quiet and only 15 min from Villeta.
