Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

A pretty two room on the 7th floor with elevator and large terrace from where you can see Paris, the Canal and Montmartre. It's possible to take advantage of the outdoors for lunch or rest while. It is located in the 19th, 50m from metro Laumière and a few stops from Gare du Norde. The neighborhood has bistros, cinema, boat ride, ideal for a walking or cycling tour to the center or to the large parks next door. It is perfect for a romantic moment as a couple and/or with a child.

With the sunny days arriving this apartment is an ideal place to stay. Located between the Canal de l 'Ourcq and the Buttes Chaumont, the beautiful walks are close by and the center of Paris very accessible. You are 5 minutes' walk to the Eiffel Tower and Trocadéro in a very commercial and lively street. You'll love my place because of its brightness and quietness in the charming dead end of the Quarries. My place is perfect for couples and solo travelers.
