Район, где находиться дом, в 10 минутах от старого города, супермаркетов, аэропорта и вокзала. В то же время очень тихий, рядом с парком. До остановки общественного транспорта около 5 минут ходьбы. The house is located near the lake, where guests may enjoy swimming as well as use the floating footbridge for sunbathing or evening time. House has a shower, toilet, sink. Grill is available. No wi-fi, mobile network connection is poor (1/5) The house is rented in as-is condition with no special preparation after family stays. House should be left clean with no trash.
