There are extra mattresses as well as a guest house and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available, which makes it also suitable for working from here. Close to nature plot with lawn for summer activities. Approximately 150m to the jetty with boat (3.5hp) for fishing and swimming and kayak for 2p. Small cottage of 30 sqm with patio. Located in a peaceful rural setting, about 8 km to town. Close to Sundbyholm with racetrack and marina. Beach is about two km from the house. Canoe is available to borrow. The accommodation consists of small bedroom with double bed 140 cm, sofa bed 140 cm in the main house where also the kitchen ( fully equipped) can fit. Parking for one car. Bus and bike lane to town and Sundbyholm (3km). Sheets are available to rent for SEK 75/person and stay.

There is also the opportunity to book several different activities such as game safaris, clay pigeon shooting, bow shooting and lots of garden games to do on your own.
