Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Vincennes

J'ai passé quelques jours dans l'appartement de Yixin. C'est suffisant pour une personne, c'est dépouillé, fonctionnel et calme. Le logement était vraiment propre, c'est appréciable et la communication avec Yixin a été fluide et toujours agréable ! Merci et à bientôt !

2명이 묵기에 방 크기도 충분했고, 매트리스가 너무 편했어요! 조리도구가 있는 주방과 세탁기 덕분에 4박 동안 편하게 잘 묵었습니다^^ 샤워 부스가 좀 좁아서 힘들긴 했지만 숙소 위치가 좋아서 괜찮았습니다.

L'appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Il est très propre. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Les transports en commun sont accessibles à 5 ou 10 mn de marche. Il y a des commerces d'alimentation à proximité ou des restaurants.

Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour. Le logement est agréable et décorer avec goût, on y reviendra à coup sûr. Jihane est très réactive et arrangeante, elle reste toujours disponible.

The apartment is very cool and a nice place to spend time after a busy day in Paris. It’s situated on a nice leafy square with hosts a lively market on a Friday, which was great. Loved the local neighbourhoods of Saint Mandé and Vincennes. The apartment is only a 10 minute stroll to a nice park and lake and also close to lots of great shops, local markets, cafes and restaurants. Would definitely come back. A real gem of a place!

Le logement, bien que petit, est très fonctionnel et tout aussi charmant. il est également très bien positionné dans paris et Thomas est très réactif pour répondre aux questions.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment! It was within walking distance to a train station that connects us to the Eiffel tower, Montmartre, the airport and basically every other place we wanted to visit. The place was clean, in a safe and private area. I had to do some work + had Zoom meeting and the wifi worked perfectly every time. We didn't spend a lot of time in the place since we were doing tourism, but the place had everything we needed during our stay. Jean-Marie was always responsive and very friendly. Overall this is a GREAT apartment.

Patrick and Franck's apartment was perfect for our 4 day stay in Paris. Close to 2 major rail stations it is in a diverse neighborhood offering ethic restaurants as well as the traditional brasserie and a very good cafe/ patisserie. It is an easy walk to the Canal St. Martin area and several Metro lines can be found close by. Patrick and Franck had a great list of good places to eat and places to check out waiting for us which we took advantage of. The area and building were quiet at night so no trouble sleeping after a long day of walking. Their apartment is quite modern with up to date appliances and bathroom even though it is in one of the beautiful older buildings in Paris ( built in the 1850s I believe) It was perfect for the two of us. It is a 5th floor walk-up however which we were told about in advance. Patrick and Franck were easy to communicate with, answered our questions quickly and even allowed us to check in earlier than we expected which was a big help. Perfect stay!

La maison de Jean-Charles est incroyable. Grande, propre et une belle terrasse/jardin. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, disposer ses affaires, se doucher… je recommande 1000 fois. Le seul point à savoir est qu’une seule chambre possède des volets

C’était super ! L’air bnb est vraiment magnifique encore plus en vrai franchement ça vaut le coup, tout est propre c’est parfait. Merci encore

Superbe séjour chez Éric. Le logement était parfait pour ce petit weekend en famille avec un jardin pour les enfants et une terrasse parfaite pour se détendre après les journées éreintantes de visites à Paris. compter entre 10 et 15 minutes à pieds pour rejoindre le métro. Très pratique. et Eric est vraiment sympathique. Merci beaucoup.

Moment suspendu. Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce Airbnb. Au delà du logement. Nous avons vécu une véritable expérience que Yohann et son épouse ont su créée. Et celle-ci a commencé dès les premiers échanges téléphoniques . L’endroit est magnifique. Les ôtes ont su répondre avec éclat à toutes mes demandes complémentaires (décoration, petit déjeuner). La ville est aussi très très charmante. Yohann nous a merveilleusement bien accueilli. Nous avons eu des échanges très chaleureux et sympathiques. Je n’exagère pas sur mon retour. Il s’agissait de notre premier anniversaire de mariage, je les remercie sincèrement car ils ont participé à ce moment exceptionnel. Je recommande!!!!

Allison was very accommodating and communicative. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect with an easily accessible metro station around the corner. We felt safe and didn’t have any issues. Thank you Allison!

Estuvo excelente, es muy tranquila la zona, vecinos silenciosos. Al principio el edificio te da la impresión de abandonado pero dentro del departamento cambia todo. El departamento cuenta con las amenidades necesarias para la estancia. Mi familia y yo estuvimos muy felices. Linda nos recomendó un app del metro que fue súper útil, siempre llegamos al departamento excelente.

Je voudrais remercier infiniment Margo et Mathieu pour ce magnifique appartement. Nous y avons séjourné pendant un mois sans aucun problème. Ils ont toujours répondu rapidement à nos messages et ont même laissé des produits pour le petit-déjeuner. L’endroit est calme, avec des centres commerciaux, une bibliothèque, une piscine, et bien d’autres commodités à proximité. J’apprécie énormément votre gentillesse et je recommande vivement cette maison.

It is a nice apartment in an area next to the river so we had a nice evening walk. There is a large supermarket nearby and it is easy to get into Paris as the RER stop is minutes away by foot. We managed to park outside, as there was a parking space but we got confused looking for a permit when in fact it was a pink fob you needed to open the barrier which had been left in a candle. There were a few things I had to inform the host about who was quick to respond. Hopefully he will get those sorted - hairdryer didn’t work properly and the iron was all burnt on the bottom. Bed was comfy and water left for us which was good. There is no air con so we had a floor fan on to cool down as it was very hot. Overall a good stay.

El apartamento se encuentra ubicado en área multicultural, restaurantes de comidas internacionales.El apto. encuentra muy cerca de terminales del metro, lo que hace muy fácil trasladarse por la ciudad . Vicent es extremadamente cordial y nos estaba esperando para darnos la bienvenida y ayudarnos con las maletas . También debo mencionar que el apto está completamente. For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.

Le logement était conforme à la description, bien équipé, bien situé. Les hôtes Ibrahim et Angelique se sont montrés très accommodants malgré un imprévu de notre part, je recommande à 100%.
