The house is 200 m2 and has 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a movie room, 2 parking spaces and a terrace with barbecue. It has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people It is perfectly equipped (high-speed fiber internet, washing machine, dryer, etc.) for everyone's comfort. Our house, in the heart of Vincennes gives you direct access to central Paris (10mn) and Disney Land (40mn). The RER A is opposite the house and metro line 1 is 2 minutes away. Vincennes is a city on a human scale and very lively, it has all the services (transport, shops, restaurants, sport). Spacious and comfortable, our house has large bedrooms with double beds, convivial living rooms, and outdoor space.

Our house is comfortable and located behind a small, very quiet, early 20th century building, 5 minutes' walk to the metro (metro line 1 that crosses Paris very quickly). Bois de Vincennes is 200 m away and Paris is at the end of the street. Please note, this is our primary residence, not a rental house. It is therefore not empty, but full... of our life and we care about it.
