Close to the nature reserve Brånsjön, the ski slope Middagsberget, 4 km to central Vännäs and 30 km to central Umeå. Buses within walking distance. Animals are on the farm but the farmhouse is hypoallergenic, no animals stay there. Internet via wifi for video calls available.

There is of course a toilet with shower that also includes a combined washing machine and dryer. Comfortable full beds 80x200cm and an extra bed box spring 80x200cm, with bed mattress.

Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Fina badstränder i närheten, Tio-toppar-Tavelsjö, ICA och världshus ca 6 km bort. Stugan är gammal, så ljud från väder och fåglar mm hörs ☺️

Boden är utrustad för självhushåll med glas och porslin, mikrovågsugn, induktionshäll med två plattor samt en kolgrill. Från fiskarna i hamnen kan du köpa färsk och förädlad fisk. Föredrar du riktigt lata dagar så finns en välrenommerad restaurang alldeles intill, öppen dagligen under juni -augusti.

Laundry facilities available for 50 hours/5€. Signs are available for car parking.

Guest house with small kitchen, stove and fridge, four beds all ready made, bathtowels and small towel for all guest. Outdoor Shower and outhouse, outdoor furniture and barbecue area near and down the lake. Wifi is available. There is a sauna down the lake and a boat included. Sometimes neighbors sharing the bathing place. Firewood is included for sauna and barbecue.
