Can’t say enough about this place!Everything was perfect including the beautiful space with all the amenities you could need, the location and the outstanding communication with our host Julie. She was so kind and helpful in our arrival/departure, recommendations on local restaurants along with info on easy walkable access to an outstanding beach area with all the extras!!! The location is nice (out of busy downtown area) but not far away by car, taxi, bus if that’s your thing. We used both taxi and bus (use the Rome2Rio app) for checking out other areas and be aware that taxis prefer cash vs card. Definitely recommend Julie and this beautiful home! Thanks so much Julie for all of your hospitality!!!!

Excellent villa away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful settings stunning rugged scenery. Nice restaurants Lido 5 mins away, Benjamins and vasilla beach 10 mins. Ezic Lapta very nice 20 mins away- extensive menu and play area. Sokmar Premium large supermarket 20 mins away. Car Essential. Villa great for kids. We had 5 ranging 14- 2.They loved the pool and visiting friendly cats and dogs. Smart tv for Netflix etc. A few minor issues with WiFi but was expected due to mountain location and not helped by a storm. But issues always dealt with promptly. Nervin the housekeeper was very responsive! She communicated promptly . We got by fine with google translate as my Turkish is non existent 🙈. Nermin went the extra mile for us and even did a supermarket shop for us prior to our very late arrival so that we had baby supplies and food for breakfast.5 star ⭐️. The host Orly was very understanding and communicated well. We would love to stay again if they would have us back 😉

Other than there not being much hot water for showers, the property was very nice and location is great for a relaxing holiday by the beach.

We really enjoyed our time at the villa, the surroundings were amazing, we received all instructions, if any questions arose, we had direct line to the owner and they were there within an hour to help. Overall we were very pleased. A few points to consider. Only top 3 bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows, as the evenings were cool in the beginning of June we much preferred not to have AC in the night, instead had the windows open, so kids who slept downstairs quickly relocated to sleep on the sofas in the living room, which were very comfortable by the way, so no complaints there. Also the last slope leading to the house is so steep its not even funny, we rented a small kia and everyone had to leave the car to actually be able to drive up there, probably wouldn't be a problem for a car with a bigger engine tho, so something to consider. The house itself could use a few updates, but overall we loved it there and would definitely come back.

What a fantastic location!!! Great vistas from the pool area overlooking the golf course- if golf is your thing this villa could not be in a better location! 100yds from the 19th hole and overlooks the 18th and putting green. Could not fault this villa and will definetly be returning…

The villa itself is incredibly cosy, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home instantly. The beautiful pool was a highlight of our stay, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the sunny days. We had such a peaceful and relaxed time throughout our visit. The thoughtful hosts provided everything we could possibly need - the villa was fully equipped with all amenities, saving us from any extra shopping trips. The attention to detail and complete furnishing made our vacation truly effortless. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect getaway spot. A true 5-star experience from start to finish!

Beautiful villa, off the beaten track, away from the noise of Protaras centre. You need a car to stay here. It’s about 10 minute drive to centre/restaurants/supermarket. Beautiful views, very peaceful, spotless pool. We would definitely stay again!

This is not the first time we stay at Kyriakos’ place and it still exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect, clean and had a lot of amenities. Kyriakos was very nice and friendly and took care of the house (a lot of new things were added to the house since last year). The place is a perfect getaway from the city and it satisfied our needs to take a break and relax. I highly recommend this place. It is spacious and perfect for a big group.

Went away for my sisters hen do, This house was amazing and exceeded our expectations! The photos don’t do the house justice. Panayiota and husband were so hospitable, allowing us a late check out and helping us out with cabs etc. can’t recommend highly enough!

An incredible place that completely exceeded my expectations. There is a huge pool, shady spots under olive trees, an open air bar area (with music), a large cozy terrace with various barbecue facilities; and each place is worth enjoying a glass of wine. But the most impressive thing is the gigantic view! You can see the surrounding villages, the mountains and the sea. And with every look you discover something new. The kitchen and living room area are huge, the bedrooms cozy. Our stay was perfect, I'd come back anytime.

The villa was spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs, plus 1 downstairs with outside access – very convenient. The pool was large and spotless. Photos suggest the beach is at the garden’s edge, but in reality, there’s a small hill and it’s about 100 m walk. On the other side, breathtaking cliffs and a stunning wild beach just 5 minutes away – we actually liked it even more. We missed sockets and mirrors in the bathrooms – had to dry or style hair in the bedroom without a mirror. No full-length mirrors either. In one bedroom, wardrobe doors didn’t open and there was no dresser, so we had to keep clothes in a suitcase. The balcony upstairs could be lovely, but pigeons often left it dirty, so we didn’t use it. The terrace was fantastic – big table with a view, and the kids loved the trampoline, playhouse, and slide. Beds was very comfortable. We remember this villa with nostalgia and would love to return.

What am I able to say that hasn't already been said by others? let's start with this; I was so impressed with this property on day two that I came close to writing my review without waiting until the end of the holiday. The property is immaculate, you can tell Gadi and his wife take pride in this place. EVERYTHING is available for you. Bring some clothes, your passport and your bank card. Everything is lse is here. I'm not messing, they've thought of everything for your comfort. It's only fair that I mention some really minor issues. The Gas on the BBQ ran out 5 minutes into cooking and Gadi suggested I pick some up from the supermarket. I'd have thought that should be provided by the host. The pool wasn't cleaned but Gadi was more annoyed than I was and got the pool guy out the next morning. I love this property and its location. It's located nearer the quiet end of Nissi Ave but close enough to walk to the crazy end. I wish I could write more. STAY HERE!

We stayed for one week and I can say that it was one of the best weeks in 2017. The location of the villa is so relaxing and quite with its amazing panoramic view mixing the sea and mountains in addition to the amazing swimming pool (Luckily the weather was so nice so we could enjoy all indoor and outdoor facilities of the villa). The villa was very well furnished, clean and has all the required tools and facilities. Alison was very kind and helpful and responding very quickly for any request or question. In general, I would love to go back there again and again and recommend it for friends and relatives.

This place was amazing and perfect for our large family to get together and have a holiday. The place was as described and clean and had everything we needed. Lior was quick to respond to any queries and sort things out. The villa is close by to the sea with only a 5min drive, and short drive into central Limassol where restaurants and bars etc are. Will definitely return here!

What a beautiful villa with bundles of character, beautiful accommodation, great views and fabulous patio and pool. Excellent family dining and entertaining area. We loved staying at Fotoulla’s place and would highly recommend to others.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I’d love to come back for another visit!

Really enjoyed it- exactly what we expected from the photos.

This is the best place we have stayed at in Cyprus and the host was top notch. The accommodation has got all the amenities you might need and the swimming pool is lovely! For me what really stood out from the host was: 1. Stocked with basics on arrival. We got there at 11 pm and all shops where closed but our fridge was stocked up with milk, bread, cheese and a few other basics. Oh and a bottle of white wine which hit the spot! 2. One night the mains tripped and had a hard time getting them back up. Olga and her husband replied immediately and where there within 10min , helping to diagnose a d fix the problem. 3. We had a late return flight and Olga offered us late checkout free of charge which with an 8 year old was a great help. So all in all great accommodation and an evening greater host. Will definitely recommend and return!

Absolutely fabulous pool and out door area for a family to enjoy It's worth hiring a car but only £15 euros into Aya Napa if you want to go out out We requested a high chair and cot for our 9 months old grandchild and they sorted it out for us no problem The beds were changed for us also pool was cleaned 2 times while we were staying. They let us pay the deposit in uk pounds and gave it back to us in full no problem Highly recommend I would defo stay again Thanks so much Christina for helping us for all our needs

This villa was more than advertised. The house was well appointed and the pool and local beaches were perfect. Luxury and comfort come together to make this an elegant, yet relaxing, vacation. Georgia was a great host who made our stay more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful lovely new place!!!We did feel too exposed to the street on the side of the house anyone can walk in. You need a gate. Also the neighbours can see everything we do as its not surrounded by a fence. we had a lovely stay....thank you!
