The local chalet

The house is 7km from the city center, suitable for families, couples with transportation because it is quite difficult to move by public transport. The experience is really local and suitable for long stays. There will be no utilities like regular housekeeping or smart locks. The orchard is usable however needs to be cleaned up and watered daily by yourself. The house is close to the railroad tracks and a bit difficult to find the way so consider if you don't tolerate the noise and just want to stay in touristy places with many utilities.

The host is really helpful and friendly. There was some confusion on how to get there initially but he was able to come meet me which was helpful. The room is spacious and nice cold aircon and hot shower. I booked for a week but didn’t stay the entire time since I wanted to be overlooking the beach. This unit is maybe 2km from beach but I initially chose it because he was willing to allow me early check in (my bus arrived super early). He was able to tell me about local places to eat and very holdup and very good with communication. One thing to note is the rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floor. So it’s something to consider if you have lots of luggage (tho he was kind enough to help me it upstairs). Also it can be tricky going in and out at night if the gate is locked. It’s not a deal breaker just something to mention. Overall the host was great, the room was nice and the price was low. Thanks again :)

Our short stay at this apartment was simply wonderful. The space is immaculately clean, airy, and spacious, with plenty of natural light and a calming sea view that made every morning feel like a fresh beginning. The beds were comfortable — supportive mattresses that gave us such good rest, which is often hard to find when traveling. The location is super convenient, just a short stroll to the beach and surrounded by everything we needed. But what truly made the experience special was the host. Exceptionally kind, attentive, and warm, they went out of their way to ensure we had a smooth and relaxing stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-cared-for home in the heart of Nha Trang 💛

My stay at Sep'on was just perfect. The place is beautifully designed, comfortable, simple. The staff and the host, Doan, are super friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed a great yoga class at their studio. Would totally recommend it for people who want to have some relaxed days and enjoy the beach in Nha Trang.

May room - Clean affordable in Nha Trang center

Not much that I can say that others here haven’t said already. The family is super friendly and eager to help. Felt right at home. Loved having rooftop laundry. They clean the room once a week for you and change the linens. WIFI is good enough to work online with. Location is non-touristy…real neighborhood filled with great food and cafes. Beach takes about 15 minutes to walk to…give or take. They also provided a cheap shuttle to the airport. I will stay again! PS. This is Vietnam…don’t expect quiet streets at night. Like anywhere else, there are motorcycles, dogs etc. it comes with the territory.
