Everything was wonderful!

We did not have any problems in our stay, however, the fds was very hot and only the fan that had available in the house did not take care, on the first day we had to sleep on the same fan and room even though we paid extra to comfortably accommodate another couple of friends… on the second day, João's mother promptly brought the second fan to ease the heat. I suggest taking yours from home for ease. In addition, everything was great, João's mother received us with great attention and always answered the messages promptly (including to solve the ventilator issue on the second day). The place is neat, well equipped and close to the laroc (club we went to party). In ckeckout time also no problem. I would definitely recommend and would be staying with João again. João kept contact with us before the checkin and we had no problem with the communication.

Host Ricardo was very friendly, waited for us at the door and even helped carry a heavy suitcase, as I had an injury. Your apartment is impeccable, great beds, huge smart TV, kitchen with everything and a beautiful sunset from your window. And there's no noise, in other words, great sleep guaranteed. Condominium with a court, great for children, and a swimming pool. There's a mini market to solve that hassle of something we ended up forgetting. As for the nearby markets, there is a Carrefour nearby, but Galassi is really good, which also has great ready-to-eat hot foods. The condominium is a five-minute drive to the friendly city of Valinhos.

The apartment is good, has the necessary infrastructure. The garage is good and in front of the building. Also good is the access to the building.

Paulo was an excellent host, always attentive when I had any questions. The only feedback I have is about facial recognition. We registered through the Gruvi app but in the step linking to the property it had flaws, so we could not do facial recognition at the entrance or exit.

Excellent place to spend calm and peaceful days in contact with nature. The hosts Glaucia and Luis supported us from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, serving us with kindness and respect. The house we rented was also delightful, with a view of the lake and quiet. I loved the experience and will recommend it to other acquaintances!

We were in a group of 19 people, Renata was always very helpful and we want to leave a highlight to Vanessa and her husband, they were very attentive! The house is wonderful, we love the period we spend there. Quiet place to relax. Super recommend!

Grill area very tasty and highlight to the table in front of the house. we spent most of the time there. The site's gardening is amazing and beautiful and the hort has a lot of variety! The pool is great and the countryside is beautiful! All well thought out for pets: there is no escape route, high dumps and swimming pool as well. A pet paradise. We were super quiet and everything went well. Limpeza impecavel, everything working, a calm and quiet place and Cristiane always responds super fast. Congratulations on the beautiful spot! cm We are sure to be back.

The studio is charming and cozy, perfect for people who need accommodation near the airport. I loved it, Mrs. Katiane is kind and flexible. I loved it!
