House holiday rentals in Virgin River

We were looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway and this was perfect! The house is very clean with comfortable furniture. The pool is nice and private and we had a great time!

My sisters and I took our beautiful 81 year old Mother on a fun little trip. We had the best time! This home was very beautiful and welcoming. Next time we get together we will find time to use the swimming pool. We will be back!

House was everything that was described. Pool was wonderful and refreshing on a couple really hot days. Everything was clean and well stocked. Highly recommend this home. We did have a little issue getting the waterfall to work, but Melissa responded immediately and solved our issue. Great home, with great host! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the space overall had a welcoming, peaceful vibe. Check-in and communication with the host were seamless. They were responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was also perfect—close to Walmart and restaurants tucked away enough to feel private and relaxing. Great stay. Perfect place for our girls trip. Very conveniently located to shopping, dining, and all the places we explored. Also very comfortable for the times we hung out at the house. Beautiful house, though a couple of practical things missing. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at April’s charming historic home! The house is bursting with character, from its beautifully preserved details to the warm, inviting atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better. It’s perfectly situated for exploring the town of Hurricane, La Verkin, and a short drive to Zion. Our family’s favorite part was relaxing on the front porch each evening, soaking in the peaceful vibe. The beds were incredibly comfortable which was a huge bonus after a fun day of hiking Zion. It was the ideal spot for our family’s second stop on our National Park tour. Highly recommend this gem!

Leslie was an amazing host she made sure to reach out prior to arrival and then again before departure. There are no words that can truly embrace the peacefulness and beauty of the atmosphere of the house.

My high school girlfriend & I stayed in Denise’s home to celebrate our 50th birthdays - we wanted to hike in Zion, but wanted a quiet place to relax away from the crowds. We had the best time & Denise’s beautiful home was a welcome end to the day.

Very cool place with a huge pool!

Wonderful place near Bryce and Zion! Great views of the area and the house had everything we needed. The town of Orderville also has a small grocery store for essentials and a cute rock shop with soft serve ice cream and two adorable little goats. Initially we weren’t sure how the place next door over the garage would be but there was plenty of privacy between us and we never had any issues. The hosts make checkout a breeze which is much appreciated in the times of super complicated airbnb checkouts. We enjoyed the ability to visit all the nearby activities but then come back to a quiet, private space with less people. Two small notes: 1. the wifi went out frequently but considering the location and that we still had cell service it wasn’t a huge disruption. 2. there are a number of other houses being built in the area so there was some construction noise during weekdays. We really only noticed on check-in day as most other days we were out and exploring/doing activities.

Man - if you are going to go to Zion this is the place. Super close to the Davis grocery and 10 minutes from some great pizza.

We loved the property - spacious, modern, clean - all lovely!

Amazing place and amazing view! High end finishes and comfortable beds. Steam shower and washer and dryer in master bathroom was a plus. We spent most time enjoying the view. Kitchen is full stocked. Nice coffee machine and blender. We made breakfast everyday and went hiking in Zion National Park during the day. The hot tub and pool are right next door. Can’t ask for a better location. Very private and serene.

Jen and Mike’s place was great to stay. All the amenities are there. The house is surrounded by beautiful landscape. Very close to Zion only 20 mins drive. They have been very accommodating to let us check out a little bit later as we have 2 kids in our group. In a word, perfect gateway to Zion. Highly recommended to stay in this place.

Allan was a great host and gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The house was great for a family of 5. It was also very close to Zion National Park and only a couple of hours from Bryce Canyon. We had an amazing visit.

Everything looked exactly like the pictures and was centrally located to lots of shops and places to eat. It was an easy and short drive to Zion, plus we were able to make a day trip to Bryce Canyon. I definitely plan on going back.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home near Zion! From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much thought, care, and intention went into every detail. The house was impeccably clean, incredibly well-stocked, and decorated in the most charming and cozy way—so many thoughtful touches, from extra blankets to warm, homey decor that made it feel like a retreat. Our teenagers especially loved the hot tub after long days exploring the park, and having two sets of washer/dryers was a total game changer for our family. Every space was designed with comfort and convenience in mind. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our trip to Zion and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

This was really such a wonderful place to stay! The home is beautiful and immaculate with everything you'll need to enjoy your vacation - whether you're cooking up a tasty meal in the well-furnished kitchen, looking for a nearby hike in the otherworldly scenery, or just relaxing with a book and watching the jackrabbits go about their daily business. We would love to come back and do more exploring.
