We stayed at Rodrigo's apartment and we liked it very much. Secure condominium, very friendly and helpful staff. Location of the privileged building, we did everything on foot, as it is close to everything. Rodrigo answered us and responded every time we requested. We recommend your space and returning to São Lourenço, being able,we will stay there.

We only had a little difficulty finding a parking space for the car when we arrived on Friday!We left the car about 3 blocks away from the building, but at night we managed to bring the car and put it in front of the building! We love everything and when we return to São Lourenço, we will certainly stay here again!

The stay was wonderful, the house is very cozy and was extremely clean. The house is all complete and you don't have to worry about anything, the hosts are extremely polite and think of every detail to please the guests. The house is ideal for 1 couple, access is easy even with a 1.0 car. A very private and quiet place, surrounded by nature for you to spend days of relaxation and rest. I recommend the accommodation... We were made to feel very welcome.

Júlia is super welcoming and responds very quickly when you need some help or referral. The place is amazing, the view, spectacular. The pool, sauna, gardens… all amazing! It's well worth a weekend or all week. Vale also hire the breakfast service she indicates and the cleaning service with Eliane, who is a sweetheart! We will soon go again :)

Iris's house is exactly as advertised. It comfortably fits 4 people, we went as 2 couples and we felt at home. The barbecue area is very good, the rooms, warm shower. There is nothing to complain about. Thank you for Iris' service, from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend it.

We like the house, very beautiful, unique with the very unique architecture. We like the coziness of the house. Neighborhood very quiet, has a good neighborhood and close to the Water Park and the City Center. Michela is very friendly and hospitable.

The amphitrões are a love, always attentive. We received coffee and muffin, and presented the house. Tb did not stay longer than necessary, soon leaving us at ease. Near the center and the water park, the main attraction of the city. The only not very positive point is that the bathroom on the 1st floor is outside, and as my son and I need to be underneath for being a wheelchair person, getting up from bed at dawn and having to open the door,and going out in the cold to use the bathroom was quite complicated, since there was no way to go up the stairs with him to go to the top, in addition, in this bath there is no box, which makes it much cooler to take a shower and then go out and get cold. The entrance to the kitchen ends up being better for the chair but still has steps it is necessary 2 people to climb the wheelchair.

Gabriel and his daughter Maria Fernanda were extremely attentive, preparing everything with great care and organization. The cottage we stayed in is very cozy, rustic and has a magnificent view. The property has a common area, with a barbecue, a large deck, a wonderful pool and also a wide view of the surroundings. There is also a waterfall with a beautiful well, where you can cool off. Anyway, we love the place and we are already planning to return with our family.
