Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Viroflay

Christophe's hospitality exceeded my expectations. He was responsive, thoughtful and showed genuine care and attention to everything that he knew would make my stay pleasant. As a solo traveller, he made me feel like I was family without being intrusive. The accommodation was exactly as described, a self contained unit close enough not to feel too isolated and separated enough to maintain your own space. The neighbourhood felt safe and had everything (transit, restaurants, grocery store, laundromat) within a 5 minute walk. There is an added bonus, a quick 12 minute walk will take you by the Seine where you will be surrounded by locals walking, jogging and picniking. I highly recommend staying at Christophe if you are looking for an authentic and charming french experience.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. We had a great stay at this lovely Airbnb. It’s comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the courtyard to enjoy our morning coffee and evening dinners. It’s located close to the Metro and we enjoyed our walks around the neighbourhood. We would absolutely stay again.

Mille mercis à Cissy pour son accueil chaleureux. J'ai pris ce airbnb pour dormir la veille d'une hospitalisation et j'étais stressée, Cissy a vraiment été aux petits soins pour moi. Le logement est très beau, très pratique, merci pour la tisane et les petits gâteaux, vraiment cela m'a fait chaud au coeur. Je reviendrai sans hésiter en cas de besoin !

Great home with garden, a fantastic place to stay that felt like we were enjoying the countryside while in town. Perfect size for family of 5 with 3 teens. Is clearly a lived-in home, which as usual meant it was truly well set up. Is right near a train station that can go to central Paris. Just a short drive to Versailles.

We had a wonderful 5 days in Paris. The house is lovely with everything we needed. It was really clean and warm. The kids loved the pool. The forest nearby was very peaceful after a busy day in the center of Paris. Easy 10 min walk to the train station with very regular connections to Paris. Fredrique was very friendly and helpful. A+ stay. Highly recommended .

Parfait, nous venions pour une convention situé à la Seine Musicale qui se situe environ à 25min à pieds. Bien placé et calme, le stationnement était facile dans la rue du logement ou dans les rues à proximité. Intérieur fonctionnel avec tout le confort pour un séjour agréable à deux.

2e séjour chez Paul. Toujours impeccable. Je recommande.

The accommodation was really great, located in a serviceable area with markets, restaurants and cafes around. Put into consideration no lift available in the building with three floors. Gwen was really responsive and amazing in regards of providing local recommendations for restaurants and cafes. Thanks again for having us Gwen!

Viroflay is a great location: very peaceful, yet one easy train journey to the key tourist spots in Paris. Note which station to use, as there are two in Viroflay! Also a quick hop on either train line to Versailles. The apartment has free car parking, which we located easily with sat nav plus Séverine's directions. The beds are all very comfortable and there are shutters which block out most of the daylight, for a good night's sleep. A lovely home away from home!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit einem persönlichen Flair, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause! Die Matratze im unteren Schlafzimmer ist aussergewöhnlich gut! Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Standort ist perfekt für die Besichtigung des Schlosses und Paris! Super für die Anreise mit dem Auto! In ca. 8 Gehminuten ist man bei der RER Station, die direkt zum Eiffelturm fährt. Die Kommunikation mit Ghislaine war sehr schnell und freundlich. Wir durften schon früher einchecken! Toller Aufenthalt!

Katia was very responsive to our questions throughout our stay. The location is amazing! It's within a 10-minute walk to the Palace, and there are many restaurants on the street from which to choose. It was fun hanging out after dinner with the windows slightly open to hear the din of the people in the street below. It was quiet at bedtime and the bed is very comfortable! There is a pedestal fan in the bedroom if you need a little airflow like we do. The two flights of stairs are not steep, but they are of course old and a little uneven, so think carefully if you have balance issues. Highly recommended if you want to be close to the Palace.

Une belle prestation dans Versailles, au calme, tout en étant à une distance raisonnable du château, des différents lieux à visiter pour les personnes souhaitant tout faire à pied. Nous sommes arrivés en train, la gare est facilement accessible. Nous avons apprécié, avec nos grands enfants, ce logement de caractère, avec 1 chambre mais un séjour spacieux pour pouvoir y utiliser le canapé lit. Merci pour tout ! The location was brilliant, the space at Katie was so well thought out and brilliantly equipped and furnished. So many local restaurants, bars, shops a wonderful local food market selling fresh organic foods. so peaceful to walk around late at night, but easy to get to the iconic attractions in Paris. I would definitely book again : )

Die Unterkunft von Julian ist Sehr empfehlenswert. Diese liegt zwar etwas weit von Paris entfernt aber mit der Regionalbahn ist man schnell da. Wir hatten da einen schönen Aufenthalt und würde diese bei der nächsten Gelegenheit noch einmal buchen. Merci Julien!

Pour un séjour à Versailles, le logement est parfait. Très bien situé. Beaucoup de restaurants et de petits cafés aux alentours. Le château de Versailles est à 10 minutes à pied. Le quartier est relativement calme. L’hôte est très accueillante et gentille. Tout est à disposition pour cuisiner. Je recommande !

Tout était parfait chez Franck. Le logement, l’emplacement… Nous sommes venus voir un match à Roland Garros et c’était idéal. Notre hôte a eu la gentillesse de nous attendre jusqu’à 1h du matin pour nous accueillir puisque nous avions travaillé toute la journée et venions de Strasbourg. Il est d’une gentillesse incroyable ! Je recommande ce logement ! Et je garde précieusement le contact pour une prochaine visite !
