El hospedaje ha sido excelente, muy cómodo y con todo lo que se puede necesitar. Sin duda volveremos.

I can't imagine a better location. The Mediterranean is out the window and across the street. The town is right behind you, easy walk to restaurants and groceries. This place is over the top modern, like something out of a magazine, yet very comfortable and welcoming. Access to the building and apartment were through an app, but once you got used to that it was quite simple. Parking would be a challenge in season. Our stay was breif, but left us wishing it were longer.

Lo mejor sin duda la ubicación y si le sumamos la altura del apartamento (7ª planta) lo transforma en exclusivo. Aunque pueda parecer contradictorio, se agradece que el diseño y la construcción del edificio ya tenga unos años, ya que la calidad de los acabados y la racionalidad de los espacios se tenían en cuenta y en este apartamento se comprueba y se disfrutan perfectamente. Sin duda, como con todo, se necesita un mantenimiento constante y más en un emplazamiento a primera línea de mar, en el apartamento hemos visto que así es y respirado esa voluntad. Sobre la atención, el trato estupendo, la predisposición absoluta y del cumplimiento de los compromisos, que decir, ¡un bombazo! Resumiendo, si tenemos oportunidad, repetiremos.

El alojamiento es fantastico, en cuanto a Virginia en todo momento estuvo pendiente de nosotros.

This was a return visit to our favourite accommodation in Mojacar as the facilities well suit our party. It is also an ideal base for our chosen sport and is close to a variety of restaurants which offer high quality cuisine. Also the support provided by the Host and the apartment manager Antonio has been of paramount importance.

We had a wonderful time at Jackie's apartment with all the necessary bits and pieces to make life easy and comfortable. Pool was fantastic and we were lucky that we had it all to ourselves, so very spoilt. Only wished we were staying longer. We will be going back again and looking forward to meeting Jackie next time as she was away while we were there. Many thanks Cally

Ha sido justo lo que buscábamos, y todo tal cual aparece en las imágenes. Noelia estuvo atenta en todo lo necesario, nos facilitó al máximo la estancia y pudimos aprovecharla incluso más de lo que pensábamos. Es una zona muy tranquila, tienes una terraza estupenda y cuenta con una buena cantidad de detalles útiles que facilitan la estancia, se nota que unas cuantas cosas han sido bien pensadas. En nuestro caso la plancha y la sombrilla hicieron maravillas. Mención aparte para las mosquiteras, primera vez que alguien se ha dado cuenta de lo importantes que son en estas zonas en verano :) En definitiva, si buscas un sitio bonito, cerca de todo, realmente tranquilo (al menos a finales de mayo), cómodo en lo realmente esencial y no eres aficionado a la arquitectura moderna estilo Hadid o similares, no te defraudará. Beautiful location and view! We enjoyed having breakfast and doing yoga on the terrace each morning. Well equipped and clean and tidy. Very comfortable stay and Jose made sure check in was easy! Would recommend staying if you’re in the area

This was an absolutely brilliant find for us on a longer holiday in Spain, and over a number of locations this was definitely our favourite stay! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the outdoor space was amazing. Such a wonderful place to relax, have a swim, BBQ and have a beer or two! Martyn and Marie were wonderful hosts, quick to respond and very happy to give us privacy for the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed this and would 100% recommend.

Magnifique séjour à Las Negras dans une maison au charme unique, où authenticité et modernité se marient parfaitement. Le cadre est tout simplement idyllique, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et les montagnes. L’endroit est paisible, situé dans un quartier silencieux, propice au repos et à la déconnexion. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Maria, d’une grande gentillesse et d’une flexibilité remarquable, tant à l’arrivée qu’au départ. Une maison qui invite à ralentir et à profiter pleinement de la beauté naturelle de la région. Un grand merci pour cette belle parenthèse.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Nous avons passé de belles vacances d’été dans ce logement, la copropriété est très agréable, l’accès à la plage à pied est un plus.Le restaurant à proximité très agréable avec une carte variée.

Such an amazing space!! The perfect relaxing week for our family. The apartment was immaculate upon arrival. All the amenities to feel right at home. The large outdoor space which leads directly to the pool area is everything we needed. Will be visiting again in the near future!! Thank you Raúl!!

De los mejores sitios para quedarse en Vera. La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos o incluso mejor y la urbanización super tranquila y sin apenas ruidos, además de estar prácticamente al lado de Vera Playa. Con Rosa y su marido la comunicación inmejorable, para cualquier cosa te responden muy rápidamente e incluso nos facilitaron un pdf con información de interés de la casa, sitios de la zona, números de taxi y demás. Repetiría sin duda.

Fuimos con otra pareja para pasar cuatro días y la estancia muy tranquila,el lugar acogedor y tranquilo,pudimos hacer rutas por todo el cabo de gata,el apartamento con unas vistas espectaculares a la playa,hechamos en falta unas cortinas para las habitaciones por salvaguardar un poco la intimidad pero por lo demás perfecto,repetiremos seguro.

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

Beautiful spacious apartment with sea views in a great location. Equipped with everything I needed. The apartment complex was secure, with a quiet private pool and car parking. A short walk, six to seven minutes led down to the beach, restaurants, Tapas bars and local supermarkets. Would come again.

Urbanización muy tranquila, la casa muy espaciosa y cómoda, bien situada, cerca de playas y calas. Hace falta coche para hacer las compras, es un pueblo pequeño que le falta comercio pero muy tranquilo. Nos hemos sentido como en casa.
