Nena is a very friendly host. She offered nice cold drinks upon the arrival and tasty fruits. The room is very pleasant, clean and well kept. Wonderful place for a holiday.

Mirna was extremely welcoming and helpful! The Airbnb was absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I went here for our honeymoon, it felt private but at the same time you can easily walk 3 minutes to the road to be picked up by a taxi or your own car. There is a freshwater stream going through next to the apartment that you can hear from inside which gave that amazing calming sound. If we needed anything we just easily messaged Mirna and she responds very quickly. She gave us recommendations on things such as markets. There is a restaurant at the nearby hotel (where you may choose to park) and the food is great and the prices are reasonable! My husband and I truly wish we could live here forever, it was amazing. Very heartbreaking to leave. Thank you again to Mirna for the amazing experience!

We were four for two days in the accommodation and are completely satisfied. The view from the balcony is great, the apartment is spacious and perfect for small groups or families!

A great place to stay, the host was super helpful in any questions we had and flexible with check in times. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony and everything you need in the area. It’s roughly a 30min walk to the Old town and a 15-20min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

My husband and I stayed here for two full months. During this time we were able to work from home and enjoy the sea and Molunat every day. We also took the opportunity to visit the Konavle region, Dubrovnik, the Montenegrin coast and the city of Mostar, in Bosnia. The house was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped, which is especially convenient for long stays like ours. In addition, the hosts are very friendly and are attentive to any need. In the village there is a small market for daily shopping and in the city of Grouda, a twenty-minute drive away, there are more options. Although there are three daily buses to Dubrovnik, I think it's important to have your own transportation. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys tranquility and contact with nature. For us it has been a real pleasure to live and work in front of the sea during these months. Thanks for everything Helen and Maximilian!

Very nice place. About 10-15 minutes to the sea. It wasn’t a problem for us. Supermarket is nearby. Apartments are really wonderful, cozy, comfortable and big. You have everything for shower, cooking, washing clothes. It feels like at home. And there was a perfect balcony with a perfect view, you can drink coffee and enjoy sea view. We had lovely breakfast on the balcony every day of our staying. Hosts are very nice, polite and attentive. We recommend this place for sure 😊

Both the house and the host were excellent. The house is just a short walk to the old town of Kotor - and it's actually much nicer to be away from the crowds in this lovely house with pool, terraces and beautiful gardens ...as well as the view of the mountains and old town. Aleksandra and Andrika (her son) were ideal hoss. Very communicative and responsive. Gave some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. If you can book this place - do.

An unforgettable stay, The view from the apartment over Kotor Bay was absolutely stunning and it was a highlight of our trip and even better than we expected. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, which made us feel right at home. The host welcomed us warmly and was always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Absolutely beautiful stay in a quiet yet central location. I absolutely loved staying at Ines’ place, and found it to be really great value. Just note, the coordinates on the listing are a little off, but the address is correct. So I would recommend just reaching out to Ines beforehand for some details on the location or she could even send you a pin. She is always very responsive and helpful. The apartment is clean and so cute, it has everything you’ll need for a short stay, and the real draw of this place is the beautiful outdoor space, which is a small garden with some Mediterranean trees like orange and fig. How amazing to wake up surrounded by trees and birds but still be in the city! The outdoor space is shared between three apartments but is very quiet, and you also have a little private area on the side next to the door. Also, the bed is very comfortable- I felt like Ines really cared for her place and maintains it beautifully. Would love to come back some day!

Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the swing or watching the rain roll in, the view is absolutely mesmerizing. The host was always available and responded within minutes whenever I needed assistance. This place exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect, peaceful retreat. You won’t find a more welcoming space or a more considerate host.

Milenas Communication was excellent. The Airbnb is in a great location with only 10 minutes walk to Porto Montenegro. The accommodation itself was very clean and looked just like the pictures ! Would stay here again

The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The beach and restaurants were within easy walking distance and the back terrace was a beautiful place to sit in the evening. Ivana was very helpful we had no trouble finding the place and were welcomed with coffee, a bottle of wine and cold rakija. Great value for money and would definitely stay again

Kristina’s apartment is equipped with top quality furniture and decoration. It is very spacious. The best part is the two balconies facing to the ocean, you can sit there enjoying the sunrises and sunsets. There is a little bit walk to the old town, but it’s quite pleasant walk. Kristina and Robi are excellent hosts. They greet to their guests in person and give very detailed information about Dubrovnik, and they are very responsive. It was a very pleasant stay in Kristina’s place. I highly recommend it.

LOCATION is perfect esp. if you want to avoid the steps. The place is suoer clean and bigger than the picture.
