This place is very spacious, quiet and safe. Privileged location overlooking the Convent of Penha and the third bridge. Very close to the best beach in Vila Velha! Great restaurants and bars just 7 minutes walk. Also next to the southern access of Morro do Moreno. Family and welcoming environment, ideal for couples and families. It is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, 1 comfortable bathroom with an electric shower, and a well-equipped kitchen. There's a washing machine, clothesline and iron. The TV is smart and we have Wi-Fi.

Perfect getaway! Have a beach and lake as a backyard

Spacious house in the best location of Vila Velha. It is a few steps from the sea and the Grande Lagoon, paradise describes our space. Quiet place and suitable for resting, but if you want nightlife and a gourmet itinerary, the house is also close (+- 20 km) to the most popular beaches in the state (Guarapari, Praia da Costa, Curva da Jurema and Camburi). It has a well-equipped gourmet area with a barbecue and swimming pool, as well as a spacious grassy backyard with hammocks for relaxation.
