Five kilometers to the nearest grocery store. This place is the most beautiful in Skåne. From the south: Take road 19 going from Ystad towards Kristianstad. Turn right at Maglehem/Lillehem.

This is a remote place for nature lovers or to stress down! Situated in the middle of a nature reserve, the guest house is at the edge of a forest and offers a view into the valley. You can experience the sound of silence, the whistle of birds of pray and the cry of the owl at night. The reserve is known for its large variety of wild life including eagles and some rare frog species. At night the stars are visible from your window. The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.

Stuga i Juleboda/ Österlen intill Maglehem & hav

Inom gångavstånd ligger den vidsträckta vackra stranden som sträcker sig från Stenshuvud till Åhus. Stugan ligger en kort bilfärd från såväl Kivik som Åhus. Från våren 2025 har vi 4st nya fina cyklar i stugan som kan användas av gästerna. Goda fiskemöjligheter finns i närheten i bl.a. Helge Å. Militäranläggningen Ravlunda skjutfält finns en bit bort men den är stängd under hela sommaren och det pågår ingen verksamhet. Under andra perioder kan det höras ljud och smällar från skjutövningar.

It has a fantastic location by the water, is about 35 sqm and has equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, a bedroom with bunk bed and a living room with sofa bed. The cottage has a small patio and private parking. Close to stunning nature and the sea. Canoe is available to borrow for anyone who wants.

Patio's half-timbered apartment

Small apartment in old half-timbered farm just outside the wall to medieval Åhus. The apartment forms your own part of the dwelling with your own entrance, two rooms and your own shower room. In one room there is a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, egg boiler and toaster. Car can be parked on the lawn outside the entrance. There are also garden furniture as well.

Scenic area with forest and valleys very close to many attractions including Yangtorp and spared highest waterfall in a hiking area called Forsakar. Approximately 16 km to the sea with long beaches. Close to Haväng,Brösarps Backar and Kiviks musteri in Österlen as well as a very beautiful nature conservation area with the sea facing the rocks.
