The house is 130 sqm; kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating and a nice shower. 4 beautiful bedrooms and spacious living room with fireplace. Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children in summer. By the lake, there is a wood-fired sauna for rent and a rowboat to borrow. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked. A cabin for 2 is also available for rent.

A little on the side but close to a lot! The apartment is in a quiet residential area on Lundvallen in Sörberge. Private parking next to the property. Very close to Timrå ice rink, indoor bandy and soccer hall, cross-country skiing, and Timrå's new swimming hall. The accommodation is right next to beautiful Indalsälven. The apartment is part of our garage, but with its own entrance with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs with bed and sofa etc. Beautiful outdoor environment with seating area and views of the river. By car to Sundsvall it takes about 20 minutes.

Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Dessa går var 20 minut och det tar ca 15 min till Sundsvall centrum och stannar utanför Mitt universitetet på vägen. Har du bil så står du gratis på parkeringen som tillhör huset. Välkommen till Lillhuset, vårt gårdshus med lugnt läge centralt i Söråker. Här bor ni bekvämt med plats för 3-4 personer. Sovplatserna är fördelade på ett sovrum med en mindre dubbelsäng och enkelsäng, i vardagsrummet finns bäddsoffa. Wifi och TV med Chromecast. Husdjur är välkomna, 2 katter bor på gården. Laddare för elbil finns. Vänligen notera att vi endast hyr ut till privatpersoner, inte till företag eller via ombud.

This charming cottage is situated on an island with the living room overlooking the estuary. There are sleeping possibilities for five people: one bedroom with a bed and a loft with three comfortable bed mattresses. There is one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine in the cottage. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the rich nature that the island gives. Explore it by foot or bikes.

Here you have your own apartment, in part of our house, suited for up to 4 people. An extra bedroom in a cottage a few meters outside can be used during summer. You have 4 km into the town square. Busstop 100meters away from the apartment taking you strait there passing the university on the way. Close to the apartment you have a pizzaplace, hairsalone, foodstore and the horsetracks.

Sundsvall Timrå Nebulosavägen 20

En stor lägenhet med två st balkonger. Lägenhet ligger i ett traditionellt byggt hus i trä, 10 minuter bilresa från Sundsvalls centrum. Lägenheten består av 3 st mindre sovrum med totalt 4 sängar, kök, vardagsrum, WC med dusch. Sängkläder och handdukar finns att låna för 60 kr per set. Fri parkering för personbil.
