Sabahları ekşi mayalı köy ekmeği kokusuyla başlayan, dere kenarında serinleyen günler; akşamları ise yıldızların altında yakılan ateşle son buluyor. Farmhouse on 8 acres of land

Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the previous village before coming to Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There are 1 container and 1 house on the same land. It's a virgin place at the foot of the Logos forest. There is a field, fruit trees, fire area in the field. The stream flows through the land. 2 minutes by car to the village center and 20 minutes on foot. It is surrounded by 5 to 8 acres of land and sparse houses. It is a small cumin consisting of photographers, painters and designers.

The Grid Farm - Istranca Forest House

Istranca Ormanları’nda yer alan Balkaya Çiftliği, 4 Istranca Forest House ve 4 Pırlaga Wooden House ile doğada konfor sunan bir Konsept Turizm İşletmesidir. Misafirler yürüyüş parkurları, bisiklet rotaları ve organik kahvaltının tadını çıkarabilir. Evlerde mutfak yoktur; 20:00–01:00 arası açık Grid Terra Restoran gurme lezzetler sunar. Tesisimiz tamamen off-grid; elektrik güneş panellerinden, su doğal kaynaklardan sağlanır. İstanbul Havalimanı 1 saat mesafededir. Doğa'nın Kalbinde Yer alır.

Forest House on 3-Acre Land

Bu şirin ev, doğayla iç içe huzurlu bir kaçamak sunuyor. Güvenli bir soba ile ısınıyor ve kullanabileceğiniz odunlar hazır. Evde dört kedi ve bir köpek var, bu nedenle ekstra evcil hayvan kabul edemiyoruz. Orman yolu boyunca yürüyüş yapabilir, akan dere eşliğinde doğanın tadını çıkarabilirsiniz. Arka bahçede, dinginliği izleyebileceğiniz bir salıncak ve taze sebzeleri toplayabileceğiniz alan mevcut. Konaklamanız tamamen size özel olup, huzurlu bir deneyim sunuyor. Doğanın keyfini çıkarın!

THE STOVE / KITCHEN WILL BE SUITABLE FOR THOSE WITH EXPERIENCE. We strive for cleanliness. This is not easy in the village environment. We expect the utmost understanding and effort from our guests.
