Cozy 2-storey villa with its own saltwater pool and circulation for light warming. The pool is used between April and October, there is a comfortable decking around it. The Jacuzzi works all year round, water temperature around 40 degrees. A vast yard with cherry trees and greenery. There's a barbecue. The place is secluded, there's a forest around. There's a store in the village for the most necessary things. Kyustendil is about 12 km away. About 50 meters from the house there is a spring with wonderful drinking water from the mountain.

Apartman se nalazi preko puta benzinske stanice na auto-putu za Grčku a na starom putu Vladičin Han-Vranje. Nije potrebno isključenje sa auto-puta. Obezbeđen je veliki parking koji je pod video nadzorom a u sklopu pumpe postoji i pekara te i mogućnost snabdevanja pecivima.
