"Kosmaj Vista" is a brand new house near Kosmaj, just an hour from Belgrade. Our house was built in 2024 and is a perfect blend of modern design and the nature in which it is located. In an area of 60 acres there is an outdoor swimming pool, a summer house with a ping pong table and bbq, and a beautiful house of 170m2. The house has a spacious living room with a kitchen, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a yoga room. It is ideal for families with children, gatherings of friends or team building.

Vila Dijana is located underneath Mount Avala, just 25 minutes from the city center. Villa is situated on an acre of land rich in trees and greenery and offers total privacy. If the temperature outside is suboptimal, we suggest warming up in the jacuzzi or sauna in the spa center. Stone house by the riverside of Danube in the centre of Serbia’s largest Nacional park: Djerdap! Apartman is on the top of the stone house and it looks like a small wooden house. It has a sofa and a double bed, but, they are all in the same room. There is a separated balcony with a beautiful view of the Danube and Golubac Fortress. Wi-fi, TV, and parking are included. There is one more apartment below this one, but they have separate balconies and entrences.
