Great place to stay in Texel!

Great location. Walking distance to Cocksdorp. At the edge of the park, therefore a nice view and tranquility. Easily traveled by car. Three bathrooms, so good for groups (in our case three families) and yet privacy and private place.

The house looks exactly as shown in the pictures and everything is available as described. We only used the house for two, but there is definitely enough space and space for 6 people. The underfloor heating didn't work on our arrival (December travel month!), but this was then fixed over time, uncomplicated communication. Sauna fits fine for Max 2 people. Nespresso machine also available for all coffee lovers.

Wonderful place with great view on airport. Beautiful scenery and watching plane take off or landing right there from the balcony of our room or from the restaurant patio downstairs

All in all great place! However, a few things were missing: - shower gel and shampoo - Dish soap - Coffee filter - Salt/pepper or an oil And in the end you had to strip the beds and bring everything with towels into the hallway. For the price, I would think this is included in the cleaning fee. At least I don't know this from other apartments. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay 😊

Great location. There may be a little more clarification in the information cover about the oven, the fire,the ventilation system. The stove should be checked because it gives a lot of smoke and odor nuisance in the house. Furthermore, everything was well taken care of, although we did miss hand soaps on the sink...

We had a very nice time with our 3 sons of 4, 3 and 0 and the children's grandfather, grandmother and uncle. House looked beautiful, we felt at home, beautiful spacious garden. We enjoyed. We brought our own high chair and cot, as it was not available at the location, which was no problem.

We had a nice time in this accommodation on Texel. The house offers plenty of space and is ideal for larger groups or families looking for relaxation. Arrival & location: The arrival was a bit difficult, as the house is hidden and Google Maps does not recognize the address. With the description and help of the hosts, however, we found it. Accommodation & amenities: The house is well maintained, modernly furnished and offers plenty of space. The rooms are nice, more storage space would be desirable. Hosts: Both hosts are very friendly and helpful. Sleeping comfort: The house is noisy, as it consists mainly of wood. Steps and doors are clearly audible, especially under the stairs. If you are a light sleeper or have children, you should take this into account. Overall, a recommended accommodation with friendly hosts and a beautiful atmosphere.

This was a great place for us -- we stayed here with some family, 5 adults in total. The location is ideal (short walk to beach, short bike ride to town, close to bike trails to all of the island). We loved the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed having breakfast on the patio. It's pricey, but worth it if you can afford it.

We had a fantastic midweek holiday on Texel! The cottage we stayed in was really beautiful. It was not only tastefully decorated, but also equipped with every comfort, which made it a very comfortable place to stay. There were three of us and we had plenty of space. The beds were wonderful and we slept well. Everything in the cottage looked neat and well cared for, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. The island itself is of course also a pleasure, with beautiful nature, cozy villages and fine beaches. In short, a great experience and we will definitely come back!

Great house in amazing location, highly recommend!

Beautiful spacious space, public transport in front of the door, nice outdoor area and swimming pool. Too bad there was no BBQ and also no basic products such as hand soap and cooking oil. Also a pity that the key had to be picked up in Callantsoog, although the owner was present at the property upon arrival. Friendly owner and good communication
