Maison fidèle aux photos, de nombreuses chambres indépendantes les unes des autres avec leur propre salle de bain. Il y a de nombreuses places de parking pour se garer. La villa est à 5 minutes à pied du centre de ksamil avec accès aux différents restaurants, supermarchés, pharmacies etc

Amazing cosy apartment to spend a wonderful week at the Albanian Riviera coast. As a group of five friends, we found the perfect location for a peaceful get-away—definitely recommend!! Perfectly equipped apartment with all necessities in the kitchen but also small details such as candles throughout the living room. The house is huge and the atrium/ living room as well as the terrace outside had amazing views over the sea. Communication with Spyro and his dad was straight forward and they’re both very kind. For instance, were greeted with fresh fruits from the garden. To find the apartment, take a right turn before the hotel and ideally have a 4x4 wheel car.

Spectacular location with sheep bells tinkling as birds swooped overhead. Some parts of the house are a bit tired but the new pool was an unexpected bonus. The unique location makes it an interesting and challenging place to access but it’s worth it. The excellent restaurants in the village are both worth a visit.

Wir haben uns in Fjordas Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und sie als guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden und nach Vlorë empfunden. Alles war sehr sauber! Obwohl wir erst spät ankamen, wurden wir persönlich begrüsst und die Kommunikation mit Stiven per AirBnB war super schnell und unkompliziert. Über die Tage wurden wir von Fjorda mit frischen Orangen und Zitronen, Byrek, Salat und Gebäck versorgt- also lasst immer etwas Platz im Bauch 😀 Das ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück dazu gehört war super praktisch. Vor dem Haus verläuft eine gut befahrene Strasse, das sollte man überhören können. Es gibt in fussläufiger Nähe nur ein Restaurant (Kantina Dukati- sehr zu empfehlen), aber in Orikum, Dukat und den Restaurants im Llogara Nationalpark ist man schnell. Wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Fjorda sehr empfehlen!

this house is surely my favorite. I never see an Airbnb like that . it's worth 5 starts Airbnb. When I get into this house, I have a feeling that their owner just leave and they give me their house keys. Spotless, beautiful decorations, and you have everything you need. I recommend strongly this house.

Enea and his mother are some of the kindest people out there. They were super friendly, accommodating and responsive. Enea’s mother even made us a snack and checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. We had to check out super early in the morning, and Enea insisted on being up with us to send us off despite us not wanting to inconvenience him. Thank you for sharing your home with us :)

We had a great time here! It was a lovely place. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the shower was wonderful, and the outdoor spaces were nice. The driveway with a gate was a big plus and it was easy to walk to restaurants. Thanks so much!

Very clean accommodations and house was exactly as described. Beautiful views! If you are not familiar with the area you should try to arrive with daylight. We arrived at night in a rainstorm, and it was very difficult to navigate up the narrow two way street up the mountain to get to the property.

The home that we booked was excellent 👌. It had everything a home could have. As a group of friends we had a pleasant stay at Olgen's villa. I would recommend it to all those who want to have a magnificent holiday in Palasë.

Very good housing! The owner have is everything, from atuir to take a shower to everything to clean and cook. The road to the hi use is a surf road, but its very easy and safe as long as you drive slower.

Very lovely villa and a friendly host who was quick to answer any questions I had. The location is good and right on dyrmades beach, the main dhermi beach is too far to walk but only a 5 min taxi (€10). The villa is not very well equipped, e.g. there were no glasses for water and no cushions for the sunbeds, but other than that everything was very good. the pool is not heated so would be hard to use outside of summer, but it's beautiful when hot, the water is fresh with not much chlorine and still very clean.

Good house. It was off season so the nearby area felt a little quiet (and there was too much rubbish) but the weather was nice, the orange trees were full of fruit and it was very comfortable.

La villa était tout simplement magnifique, très bien entretenue et conforme aux photos. Le cadre était parfait pour se détendre. Les hôtes étaient très disponibles, à l’écoute et toujours réactifs à nos besoins. On sent qu’ils sont vraiment attentifs aux moindres détails pour garantir un excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement !

Ci siamo trovati molto bene,appartamento perfettamente come in foto , tutto nuovo e pulito , piscina del complesso fantastica. Conoscevo già la zona per questo l’abbiamo scelta e ne vale la pena, vicinissimo a supermercati e ristoranti inoltre a due passi al marina bay . Area sorvegliata privata e tranquilla . L’unica piccola cosa che avrei da considerare sono i condizionatori che perdono un po’ d’acqua, ma niente di che non gli abbiamo dato neanche peso in quanto funzionavano perfettamente . Soddisfatti

A well-maintained villa with ample space for families to share (we were 4 adults and 4 children) and yet still didn’t use the fourth bedroom. The outside seating is lovely but beware the local cats as do they appear frequently albeit can be ushered away. A couple of minor issues were dealt with within a couple of hours of reporting which was great and made our stay very comfortable. Access for cars is on an unpaved slope so just take it easy getting in and out. This also makes it tricky for buggies (we had 4 children under 4). Overall a good base for our exploring to begin each morning with shops and beaches around 1km away from the villa. Thank you for your fabulous hospitality.

The place was clean and exceeded our expectations!

Alisa ist eine sehr kommunikative, freundliche und zuverlässige Gastgeberin, die uns wunderbar empfangen hat. Ihr Haus liegt ruhig und sehr idyllisch im oberen, alten Ortsteil von Qeparo. Der touristische Rummel bleibt im unteren Dorf am Strand. Bis dahin sind es mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten, allerdings auch 300 Höhenmeter über eine kurvenreiche, steile Straße. Die ist mit einem normalen PKW problemlos zu bewältigen, Gegenverkehr macht aber häufig rangieren notwendig. Das Haus selbst ist erst vor kurzem sehr stil- und geschmackvoll von Grund auf neu aufgebaut worden und bewahrt die Seele eines alten, hundertjährigen Dorfhauses. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber komplett, und alles war sehr freundlich und sauber. Manches ist noch in Arbeit - so führt ein falsches Bodengefälle derzeit noch unweigerlich zu Duschüberschwemmungen im ganzen Bad. Das wird sicher noch abgestellt. Perfekt ist die Klimaanlage in beiden Räumen, Mückengitter und der schöne, private Hof mit zwei Terassen.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und haben die Unterkunft sehr genossen. Der Pool, der große Wohnbereich und die schöne Terrasse haben zum Verweilen eingeladen. Der Ausblick direkt aufs Meer war gigantisch. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

The place is close to sea side and is new built villa. The interior is standard of a modern villa built. The highlight of our trip was the pool side fun. The bathrooms were clean and modern with bidets and toilet showers as well which was a nice touch. The host was prompt in sorting out air conditioning issue which we had on the first night of check-in. The villa is close to Ksamil and mirror beach which is just few minutes drive away. There are plenty of food options as well close to the villa with halal options as well 8 minutes away. We were 4 families staying at the villa and everyone made good memories.

Que dire de cet hôtel unique dans les montagnes au dessus de memaliaj! Certes la route est pour le moment en travaux et pas facile d accès à n importe quelle voiture, mais une fois arrivés vous y serez accueilli comme des princes! On vous fait tout de suite sentir comme si vous étiez de leur famille! Hetem, le patron un homme au très grand coeur qui est toujours au petits soins pour vous, il nous a emmener gratuitement au lac et a la cascade ,quelqu un de génial! Et Natasha ,sa femme et chef de cuisine qui vous régalera avec ses plats typiques et fait maison avec leurs produits locaux, ainsi que tout le reste de la famille et personnel ! Que dire de la vue splendide que vous verrez a chaque coins de fenêtres ou terrasse!!! A notre surprise le petit déjeuner était offert et succulent, avec des confitures pâtisserie maison. Bref que dire de cet endroit hors du temps qui ne laissera personne indifférent.Nous avions la larme a l œil en partant et nous sommes impatients de les retrouver!<3

Amazing stay at Irno’s place. The villa is wonderful and fully furnished with all you need and even more. Peaceful surrounding with great view exactly matching pictures and description. Irno was an incredible guest, very nice and responsive, he recommended lot of very good restaurant, bar and night clubs around. Irno was also very helpful during our stay with private contact for taxi, boat tour and other activities around. I highly recommend Irno’s place. Thanks for everything.
