The house is situated in a big art garden full of stone and metal statues,other artifacts,next to the main house. Near Prague center. 2 minutes to a bus stop. Close to metro (subway) station. 20 minutes to the center of Prague. The house has fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Sleeping are is on the upper level of the house. Chata Šimterka je po celkové rekonstrukci a modernizaci. Bezprostředně u chaty se nachází plavecký bazén, ve spodní části areálu se poté nachází parádní finská sauna. Řeka Otava je ve vzdálenosti cca 100 m od chaty. V přízemí chaty se nachází plně vybavená kuchyňská linka, dále obývací část s rozkládacím gaučem (2 lůžka) a koupelna s WC a sprchovým koutem. V prvním patře se nachází ložnice se 4 lůžky (1x manželská postel, 2x jednolůžko). Součástí chaty jsou dvě krásné terasy.
