Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)

While the hustle and bustle of the Côte d'Azur beach area is only 25 mins drive away, we are in the Regional Natural Park of Préalpes d'Azur, full of outdoor activity opportunities such as river swimming and scenic trails. The Studio has access to a pool (May to October). Please note, this place is non-smoking. The owners are keen cyclists and the house is equipped with a basic workshop and bike storage for the guests.

It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a stylish, but cosy livingroom with an open kitchen. Additionally it has a garden. It has a marvelous view to the ocean!
