Dakota's apartment was an excellent stay. The view is absolutely amazing. The apartment itself is very elegant, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked for cooking and great coffee. The beds and living area furniture are very comfortable and a nice quality. The showers are also nice. The location of the apartment building is great and very walkable to restaurants and entertainment. The apartment building is nice, safe and efficient (as well as the valet parking). The front desk staff are friendly and will securely store luggage until check-in time. Note that the check-in staff seem to only rely on the host for details of the apartment, thankfully Dakota is very responsive. We look forward to staying here again!

We loved the apartment! The great location, super clean apartment, tasteful decoration, this apartment had everything we needed. I especially appreciated how clean the place was. Since it is located in the shopping areas, it can get noisy at night but earplugs were provided and we had no issues with sleeping. My kids slept in the second bedroom which was away from the street and they said it was super quiet. We stayed here for MOTOGP at COTA. Since this place is right off the highway, it was only 45 minutes away from the track. Maybe even shorter with toll roads. MO was very responsive with communication and super helpful. Easy check in and check out. Everything worked and was easy to operate. 100% recommended.

This Airbnb was incredible! The view of the Austin skyline from the living room absolutely lived up to the hype, sunsets and city lights felt like a postcard. The space was clean, stylish, and the amenities were just what we needed to relax between BBQ and adventures. Only recommendation? A bit more flexibility with check-in. A small crowd of tired travelers gathered like it was the VIP line to a concert, eager to settle in, but with nowhere to go until the clock struck 4:00 PM. That said, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for great location, skyline vibes, and access to all the cool stuff Austin has to offer.

What a great location and beautiful yard!

We had an amazing stay at Julie’s place! The listing was even better than we could have imagined! The location being just off South Congress was great as we were able to walk to sightsee and for a coffee/food. We mostly loved how the place was across from a local park and trail system- with two little kiddos this was a huge bonus not to mention Julie and all the things we needed for our kids, a tv with access to their favorite shows and a pack n play bed for our little one. We are grateful for our stay in her mom.

We had such a wonderful time! the condo was clean and smelled great. Bed and pillows were comfy. The balcony had a great view of the deer and courtyard. Zach was very responsive and gave great directions on parking and how to locate the condo. We will definitely return!

Wish we could've stayed longer! The area is located in the middle of so many things that would be great to do wine tasting, whiskey places, restaurants, bars, attractions. If you do your research before arriving you'll have a list of things to do. Nonetheless, if evem if you don't, and you decide to stay at the house its feels secluded enough and spacious enough that that youre not crammed. The kitchen has so many cooking utensils and pots/pans that it felt like a home away from home. The grill was such a plus and with a full propane tank! Lastly, the dock offered so much space that if needed you could dip and sunbathe all you want. I will be back!

Secluded house in middle of the hill country. Great views from every window and balcony, and all the amenities. Driveway a little imposing but manageable. Would definitely stay again.

House was really nice and everyone had plenty of room. View from the backyard was amazing. Short walk down to the lake and boat dock. Being able to use the kayaks and paddle boards was a huge bonus.

April was very responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The space was comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. Our stay at the lake house was everything we hoped for and more. The property was peaceful, private, and beautifully situated right on the water, offering stunning views throughout the day—from misty mornings to golden sunsets. The house itself was clean, well-stocked, and cozy, with thoughtful touches like board games and extra blankets. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the deck was perfect for evening barbecues and star-gazing. We spent our days lounging by the lake. There was even a fire pit where we shared stories late into the night. It felt like a perfect escape from the busy pace of everyday life. Whether you're looking for a romantic weekend, a family getaway, or just a place to unplug and reconnect with nature, this lake house is a hidden gem. We’re already planning our return!

My family & I are repeat customers, & just like previous visits it did not disappoint. We rent this home every year & truthfully there is no other choice! This beautiful home has enough space for a large family to spend time together or sneak off to a quiet area & relax. We are looking forward to our next adventure @ Lake Travis Paradise! We had a variety of ages for family members staying for our daughter's college graduation. The house was well-appointed, and perfect for our multi-generational needs. I cooked 4 large meals in the beautiful kitchen...but happened to forget a lot of the cooking and serving-ware I planned to use. Shanna's place ended up having everything I needed! (And the two dishwashers were clutch!) My in-laws commented numerous times that the layout was incredible, and we're discussing coming back for gatherings more often. This place is great for families! Loved our experience.

I recently enjoyed this stay, and it was everything I hoped for, relaxing, refreshing, and absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and peaceful. The building accommodations were spot on, and provided all the comforts of home with an added touch of luxury. I loved the bar (for drinks and coffee) downstairs. Friendly and attentive staff without being intrusive. Parking was by (24/7) valet or paid street parking only. I highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting the downtown Austin vibe.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We most likely will be back and recommend others to stay here as well. The value was great for the place and view. There were a few minor wear and tears on items but we didn’t stay in the room long enough for it to affect our stay or opinion. I absolutely loved how spacious the balcony is, the seating areas, and the ability to see the pool and the lake at the same time. It was an amazing view. There were a few minor issues with plumbing in the garage but we weren’t near or at the room so honestly we wouldn’t have known anything about it if the host wouldn’t have communicated it. I believe this is a gem and I’ll definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Convenient location, easy to find with convenient check in/out process. Space was very clean. Pool is really nice and has amazing view but was crowded when we went. Very nice gym.

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!

The location was unbeatable—just steps from Lady Bird Lake with stunning views and easy access to great walking trails, restaurants, and downtown attractions. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, which made check-in and check-out a breeze. The valet was always prompt and polite. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic spot in the heart of the city.
