The apartment is only 45 minutes drive from Tromsø, Lyngen and Bardufoss. There are 71 popular mountain hikes in Balsfjord municipality, ski tourists thrive here. Together with the neighboring municipalities, there are over 350 peaks to visit. It is 2.5 km to a pharmacy, two grocery stores, café/restaurant, street kitchen, hairdresser and gas stations as well as charging stations for electric cars.

The cabin is located in Signaldalen about 110 kilometers from Tromsø city. Located by the Signaldalen river, which is surrounded by high mountains and mighty nature. There is a short distance to the high mountains for skiing/peak tours/hiking/hunting and northern lights experiences. There is also a snowmobile trail in winter. The cabin has electricity, running water and a sauna. Bed linen and towels are included. There is a well-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster and kettle. The nearest store (Hatteng) as well as a barbecue bar is 6 km from the cabin.

Quiet and idyllic small farm with goats and chickens. Nice hiking terrain close to the farm, and easy starting point for exploring Senja. Possible to rent a boathouse with barbecue area. Welcome to our house. Its a lovely house in the centre of Nordkjosbotn. You can go to the supermarket, pub and restaurant. The bedroom has motive from Norway. One of the bedrooms you can have one extra bed. It’s 70 km from Tromsø. This is a place to relax and to be outside in the nature with the beautiful mountains near by. Wonderful place with proximity to sea and mountains. Nice place for families. The area has fantastic views of the Lyng Alps, with opportunities to see the northern lights in winter and the midnight sun in summer. There are good hiking opportunities in the immediate area. Popular mountains for randonees. From the property you can go directly up to Storhaugen. Sorbmegáisá is also nearby. Short distance to other mountains. Wood fired Sauna and grill hut. Bicycles, snowshoes. Beds are fully made.

Authentic and Romantic Lodge close to nature

Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

Velkommen til Ramfjorden som byr på vakker natur og høye fjell. Nyt tiden her i det frittstående huset som har alt du trenger for ditt opphold. Området er en bra lokasjon for å se nordlys og arktiske dyr. Her kan du fiske i fjorden som er islagt 6 måneder i året, gå fjellturer i nærområdet eller kjøre inn til Tromsø som tar ca. 30 min. Jeg har gratis utlån av barneseng, truger/ snøsko, sleder, akebrett, fiske og isfiskeutsyr. Kan også leie ut badstue, ski og snowboard på forespørsel :-)

Do you want to stay in a beautiful remote place, while still connected to the city? Grøtfjord is located just a 40 min. drive from Tromsø. Close to some of the areas most amazing mountains, fjords, ski and climbing areas. a. Big appartment with 1 bedroom that holds a king size bed and one bunk bed. There is a fold out sleeping couch in the living room. All facilites, towels to firewood are included! A car is needed to get to grøtfjord. The hosts live in a different section of the house.
