Daily rent of a two-room apartment in a new building, on Shukhevycha.Our property has an alternative source of electricity installed,which makes the accommodation comfortable,forget about the light outage schedules! Modern new neighborhood, 2 shopping malls,shops, cafes, restaurants, bank, gym, swimming pool,gas station,market,McDonalds. The apartment is designed for 2 to 3 people,or 2 adults and 2 children,there is a double bed 160x200 and a comfortable folding sofa 140x200. The rooms are separate.

Stunning bungalow with sauna in the city’s heart

Stunning bungalow with own sauna in the historical center of Chernivtsi, next to two major city attractions - the 17th ct wooden church and the "drunken" church. My place is both walking distance to the pedestrian Kobylyanskoyi street (the heart of Czernowitz) and neighbouring a serene grove with squirrels and birds. Excellent for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers, who can also use a built-in sauna with a plunge pool for free. During summer, an outdoor swimming pool is available.

A very comfortable place to stay, the view from the dining area was a real treat for the eyes. Vitalli was very responsive to any questions. I stayed for 6 weeks and I enjoyed the apartment very much. Good WiFi speeds and numerous TV channels. Supermarkets are nearby, plus there's adequate parking right outside the building. A good choice for staying in Chernivtsi.

Great place. Everything was clean and well prepared for us. Amazing. A cleaner would come every few days to clean the space, and that was also amazing. The apartment is new and located in an excellent area, near two major shopping centres and a large mall. Not super close to the city centre, but you are a few minutes by car away.
