Και πολύ κοντά στο σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό!!!!Επισης πολύ κοντά στο λιμανι!!Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο πρώτο όροφο διπλοκατοικίας, η πρόσβαση σε αυτό γίνεται μέσω σκάλας.
